Mahal atau murah tergantung komponen perjalanan yang dipilih oleh calon jamaah. Kebebasan berumroh makin jadi kebutuhan jamaah seiring kemudahan yang disediakan oleh Kerajaan Arab Saudi.<\/p>\n<p>Makin terbukanya akses ke Arab Saudi untuk umroh dan haji bertemu dengan fitur yang disediakan oleh aplikasi <a href=\"https:\/\/umra.id\">UMRA.ID<\/a> dimana jamaah bisa mengatur sendiri perjalanannya. <\/p>\n<p>Mulai dari durasi, maskapai, akomodasi, kota yang dikunjungi, pendamping ibadah semua bisa diatur sendiri oleh calon jamaah. Pengaturan itu dapat dilakukan melalui aplikasi maupun dengan kontak langsung dengan <i>officer<\/i> melalui <i>chat<\/i> <i>messenger <\/i>dan kanal <a href=\"https:\/\/lynk.id\/umra.id\">media sosial.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Karakteristik jamaah yang menginginkan fleksibilitas saat umroh diantaranya mencari pengalaman yang lebih personal dalam perjalanan,&#8221; kata <a href=\"https:\/\/linktr.ee\/cak.endy\">Endy Kurniawan<\/a>, CEO &amp; co-Founder UMRA.ID. Selain itu, mereka umumnya pernah melaksanakan umroh sebelumnya dan cukup terbiasa ke luar negeri. &#8220;Fleksibilitas dalam memilih komponen perjalanan itulah yang kami sasar, selain tentu biaya yang <i>affordable<\/i>&#8221; lanjut Endy.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%\" src=\"https:\/\/imagedelivery.net\/H6_s_Eb_ylTWnSEV3HlmYQ\/1748f4f0-69a4-4524-bbf5-fb6e1a79f700\/public\" alt=\"Umroh dalam grup besar masih menjadi pilihan utama jamaah Indonesia. Pasar seperti ini dilayani UMRA.ID melalui 16 cabangnya.\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Salah satu akibat dari kustomisasi perjalanan itu, jumlah jamaah dalam satu grup biasanya tidak besar. &#8220;Ini perilaku baru yang terbentuk pasca pandemi, yaitu perjalanan dilakukan bersama orang yang dikenal, misalnya keluarga, kerabat atau rekan yang satu &#8216;frekuensi&#8217;,&#8221; tambah Elga Yulwardian, penasehat bisnis UMRA.ID.<\/p>\n<p>Aplikasi UMRA.ID <a href=\"https:\/\/timesindonesia.co.id\/ekonomi\/241142\/umra-diluncurkan-platform-digital-umrah-ini-siap-layani-ibadah-umrah-mandiri\">diluncurkan pada tahun 2019<\/a> kemudian sempat vakum saat terjadi pandemi COVID-19. Setelah Arab Saudi kembali dibuka untuk umroh, UMRA.ID memulai operasionalnya kembali pada pertengahan tahun 2022.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%\" src=\"https:\/\/imagedelivery.net\/H6_s_Eb_ylTWnSEV3HlmYQ\/296292ca-25f9-436c-6594-a4a5dfe58000\/public\" alt=\"Fleksibilitas umroh yang disediakan UMRA.ID juga memungkinkan jamaah memilih rute umroh plus dengan itinerary dan anggaran yang bisa diatur sendiri\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Selain layanan tersedia secara daring untuk menyasar jamaah umroh yang mencari fleksibilitas, perusahaan menggunakan jalur pemasaran luring (<i>offline<\/i>) yakni pelayanan melalui cabang dan <i>reseller<\/i>.
