{"id":19439,"date":"2016-05-04T09:30:58","date_gmt":"2016-05-04T01:30:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/totabuanews.com\/?p=19439"},"modified":"2016-05-04T09:30:58","modified_gmt":"2016-05-04T01:30:58","slug":"wabup-boltim-hadiri-iwwef-2016","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/totabuan.news\/?p=19439","title":{"rendered":"Wabup Boltim hadiri IWWEF 2016"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"left\"><strong>TOTABUANEWS, BOLTIM<\/strong> \u2013 Wakil Bupati Bolaang Mongondow Timur Drs Rusdi Gumalangit hari ini Selasa (3\/5) menghadiri kegiatan Pameran dan Konferensi Air Minum dan Air Limbah Berskala Internasional atau Indonesia Water and Waste Expo and Forum (IWWEF), bertempat di Jakarta Convention Center (JCC).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"left\">Acara yang dihadiri seluruh Kepala Daerah se-Indonesia ini di buka secara langsung oleh Wakil Presiden (Wapres) RI Drs.H.M Jusuf Kalla, Dalam sambutannya Wapres menyampaikan bahwa air bersih adalah kebutuhan pokok dan mendasar bagi masyarakat oleh sebab itu setiap tahun pemerintah mengalokasikan dana triliunan rupiah untuk subsidi ketersediaan air bersih\/ air minum. Kalau subsidi BBM dan subsidi di bidang yang lain hanya dinikmati sebagian masyarakat, namun pada subsidi untuk penyediaan air bersih semua lapisan masyarakat yang akan menikmati oleh sebab itu perlu dihilangkan ego sektoral menyangkut subsidi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"left\">Disisi lain Wapres menekankan kepada seluruh PDAM\/SPAM se Indonesia agar meningkatkan pemeliharaan segala fasilitas PDAM dan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Tak lupa Wapres menghimbau agar seluruh masyarakat hemat dalam pemakaian air bersih.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"left\">Sementara itu kepala Bagian Humas Setda Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Timur Drs. Hamdi Egam mengatakan pelaksanaan IWWEF ini sudah yang keenam kalinya dan untuk pelaksanaan tahun ini akan digelar selama 3 hari hingga 5 Mei 2016. Forum air minum dan air limbah terbesar ditanah air ini akan mempertemukan para pengelolah air minum dan sanitasi, dunia usaha, profesional, akademi, masyarakat dan pemangku kepentingan di pemerintahan baik pusat mapun daerah. \u201cIWWEF memiliki arti strategis dalam menuju capaian yang lebih baik disektor air minum dan air limbah terutama dalam mengejar target RPJMN 2015 -2019 yakni 100% akses aman air minum, 0 persen pemukiman kumuh, dan 100% akses sanitasi layak yang harus dicapai hingga akhir 2019\u201d singkatnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"
