TNews, SUMUT \u2013<\/strong> Upaya pembongkaran bangunan bekas Diskotek Marcopolo yang berlokasi di Jalan Sei Petani, Dusun VII, Desa Namorambe Julu, Kecamatan Kutalimbaru, Kabupaten Deliserdang, Sumatera Utara, berlangsung alot, Kamis (14\/8\/2025).<\/p>\n

Proses penertiban yang dilakukan oleh tim gabungan TNI-Polri, Pemkab Deliserdang, dan Pemerintah Provinsi Sumatera Utara mendapat perlawanan dari sejumlah massa yang tergabung dalam Organisasi Masyarakat (Ormas) DPD GRIB Sumut.<\/p>\n

Massa, yang dikomandoi langsung oleh Sekretaris Jenderal (Sekjen) DPP GRIB, Zulfikar, menghadang alat berat dan tim gabungan yang hendak membongkar bangunan tersebut. Zulfikar menyatakan bahwa bangunan itu bukan lagi diskotek, melainkan kantor resmi DPD GRIB Sumut.<\/p>\n

“Diskotek Marcopolo sudah lama tutup. Ini hanya kantor kami, markas DPD GRIB Sumut,” tegas Zulfikar saat menghadang pembongkaran.<\/p>\n

Namun, pihak pemerintah bersikeras bahwa bangunan tersebut tidak memiliki izin mendirikan bangunan (IMB), sehingga harus dibongkar sesuai aturan.<\/p>\n

Ketegangan meningkat saat Zulfikar menuding adanya perlakuan tidak adil dalam penegakan aturan bangunan tak berizin di wilayah Deliserdang. Ia mendesak Pemkab bertindak adil terhadap semua bangunan yang melanggar, tanpa pandang bulu.<\/p>\n

“Saya minta bangunan yang tak memiliki izin, hari ini juga dibongkar. Jangan tebang pilih! Jangan hanya kami yang diperlakukan seperti ini,” ujar Zulfikar lantang.<\/p>\n

Hingga siang hari, proses pembongkaran terus diwarnai adu argumen dan negosiasi antara pihak pemerintah dan massa ormas.*<\/p>\n
