{"id":200051,"date":"2025-08-25T21:40:29","date_gmt":"2025-08-25T14:40:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/totabuan.news\/?p=200051"},"modified":"2025-08-25T22:59:23","modified_gmt":"2025-08-25T14:59:23","slug":"insiden-ka-pangrango-tertemper-warga-di-petak-jalan-cisaat-cibadak-kai-daop-1-jakarta-imbau-masyarakat-tidak-beraktifitas-di-jalur-kereta-api","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/totabuan.news\/?p=200051","title":{"rendered":"Insiden KA Pangrango Tertemper Warga di Petak Jalan Cisaat \u2013 Cibadak, KAI Daop 1 Jakarta Imbau Masyarakat Tidak Beraktifitas di Jalur Kereta Api"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Jakarta \u2013 Pada hari Senin (25\/8), pukul 15.13 WIB, telah terjadi insiden tertempernya seorang warga oleh KA Pangrango relasi Sukabumi\u2013Bogor di petak jalan antara Stasiun Cisaat\u2013Cibadak, tepatnya di KM 47+4\/5.<\/p>\n<p>Manager Humas PT KAI Daop 1 Jakarta, Ixfan Hendriwintoko, menyayangkan atas kejadian tersebut, Ia menjelaskan bahwa setelah kejadian, Masinis KA Pangrango memastikan bahwa jalur KA yang dilaluinya aman dan melakukan pengecekan untuk memastikan kondisi sarana dan prasarana tetap aman.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDari hasil penanganan di lapangan, korban mengalami luka berat, dan berdasarkan informasi dari KUPT Stasiun Krengsengan, korban langsung dievakuasi ke RS Sekarwangi oleh pihak Polsek Cibadak. Jalur kereta dinyatakan aman untuk dilalui,\u201d terang Ixfan.<\/p>\n<p>Imbauan Keselamatan<\/p>\n<p>KAI Daop 1 Jakarta mengimbau kepada masyarakat agar tidak melakukan aktivitas apa pun di sepanjang jalur rel kereta api, karena hal tersebut sangat membahayakan keselamatan perjalanan kereta maupun pribadi.<\/p>\n<p>Hal ini sejalan dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2007 tentang Perkeretaapian, yakni:<\/p>\n<p>Pasal 181 Ayat (1):<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSetiap orang dilarang berada di ruang manfaat jalur kereta api, menyeret, menggerakkan, atau meletakkan barang di jalur kereta api, yang dapat membahayakan perjalanan kereta api.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Kesadaran Bersama<\/p>\n<p>Melalui kejadian ini, KAI kembali mengingatkan pentingnya kesadaran masyarakat untuk menjauhi jalur kereta api dan tidak menggunakannya untuk kepentingan pribadi.
