Tongkat estafet jabatan Wakapolres kini beralih dari Kompol Johan Christy Silaen kepada Kompol Andi Musahar, usai prosesi serah terima jabatan yang digelar di Lapangan Mapolres Tanjab Barat, Senin (5\/1\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Pergantian tersebut merupakan bagian dari rotasi internal Polri sebagaimana tertuang dalam Surat Telegram Kapolda Jambi Nomor ST\/1090\/XII\/2025 tertanggal 19 Desember 2025. Mutasi ini sekaligus menandai penugasan baru bagi Kompol Johan Christy Silaen yang kini dipercaya mengemban jabatan sebagai Kaurbinpam Subbidpaminal Bidpropam Polda Jambi.<\/p>\n<p>Prosesi sertijab berlangsung tertib dengan diawali pembacaan surat keputusan, pengambilan sumpah jabatan pejabat baru, hingga penandatanganan berita acara dan pakta integritas. Sejumlah pejabat utama Polres, kapolsek jajaran, serta personel dan ASN Polres Tanjab Barat tampak mengikuti jalannya kegiatan.<\/p>\n<p>Kapolres Tanjab Barat AKBP Agung Basuki menyampaikan bahwa pergantian jabatan merupakan bagian dari dinamika organisasi untuk menjaga ritme kerja dan meningkatkan efektivitas pelayanan kepolisian. Menurutnya, kesinambungan program dan soliditas internal menjadi hal utama yang harus dijaga.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPergantian ini diharapkan mampu memperkuat kinerja kesatuan, baik dalam pembinaan personel maupun pelaksanaan tugas operasional di lapangan,\u201d ujar Agung Basuki.<\/p>\n<p>Ia juga menyampaikan apresiasi atas kontribusi pejabat lama selama bertugas di Tanjab Barat, serta mendorong pejabat baru untuk segera menyesuaikan diri dengan karakteristik wilayah dan tantangan tugas yang ada.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJabatan adalah amanah.
