TNews, TANJAB BARAT<\/strong> \u2013 Bupati Tanjung Jabung Barat, Drs. H. Anwar Sadat, menyerahkan 71 sertifikat tanah hasil konsolidasi kepada masyarakat Kelurahan Teluk Nilau, Kecamatan Pengabuan, Rabu (8\/4\/2026). Acara digelar di Aula Kantor Camat Pengabuan.<\/p>\n

Penyerahan sertifikat ini merupakan bagian dari program Pemkab Tanjab Barat dalam memberikan kepastian hukum atas kepemilikan tanah sekaligus mendorong peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat.<\/p>\n

Dalam sambutannya, Bupati Anwar Sadat menegaskan bahwa sertifikat tanah memiliki peran penting. Selain kepastian hukum, sertifikat juga dapat dimanfaatkan untuk meningkatkan akses permodalan.<\/p>\n

“Dengan memiliki sertifikat tanah, masyarakat akan lebih mudah mengakses lembaga keuangan serta meningkatkan nilai ekonomi dari tanah yang dimiliki,” ujarnya.<\/p>\n

Bupati mengimbau masyarakat agar menjaga dan memanfaatkan tanah secara produktif demi meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga. “Program konsolidasi tanah ini diharapkan dapat menumbuhkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya legalitas kepemilikan tanah,” tegasnya.<\/p>\n

Kelurahan Teluk Nilau menjadi wilayah prioritas program konsolidasi tanah dengan luas area mencapai 41 hektare. Program ini berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Bupati Nomor 366\/KEP.BUP\/BKAD\/2025.<\/p>\n

Kepala Kantor Pertanahan Tanjab Barat, Egi Metri Wilda, menjelaskan bahwa dari 71 sertifikat, 68 merupakan Sertifikat Hak Milik dan 3 merupakan Hak Pakai Pemerintah Kabupaten. Tindak lanjut program akan fokus pada pembangunan jalan usaha tani, balai pertemuan, serta gudang penyimpanan alat dan mesin pertanian.<\/p>\n

“Saya mengucapkan terima kasih atas dukungan dan partisipasi semua pihak, sehingga program ini berjalan baik dan memberikan manfaat nyata bagi masyarakat,” tutup Bupati.<\/p>\n
