Fraksi PDI-P menekankan kepada Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Bolmong untuk bisa mencabut ijin penggunaan jalan oleh perusahaan J,Resoursces Bolmong.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Bupati harus segera menindak lanjuti hasil Pansus LKPJ tahun 2015, seperti poin rekomendasi paling dan sangat urgent yakni pencabutan ijin penggunaan jalan oleh JRBM, karena sudah sangat merugikan daerah selama ini,&#8221; tegas Ma&#8217;sud Lauma Aleg Fraksi PDI-P, Senin (13\/06\/2015) kemarin.<\/p>\n<p>Hal itu disampaikan secara tegas mengingat akses jalan yang berada di Kecamatan Lolayan tepatnya di jalan Desa Bakan itu selama ini digunakan oleh perusahaan tanpa mengungtungkan daerah. &#8220;Lihat kondisi jalan yang ada sekarang mereka sedangkan memperbaikinya juga tidak, masyarakat juga sudah sangat dirugikan, Pemkab Bolmong jangan hanya membiarkan hasil rekomendasi LKPJ 2015,&#8221; ungkapnya.<\/p>\n<p>Seperti diketahui bulan lalu Panitia Kuhsus (Pansus) LKPJ 2015 telah memberikan batas waktu untuk menindak lanjuti hasil pansus tapi sampai waktu diberikan Pemkab Bolmong tidak menindak hal tersebut sehingga DPRD Bolmong akan menggunakan haknya.\u00a0 &#8220;Hasil rekomendasi pansus itu telah diparipurnakan dan itu sudah sesuai perundang-undang dalam pelaksanaanya, jika Bupati selaku kepala daerah tidak menindak lanjuti maka Bupati telah melanggar ketentuan undang-undang,&#8221; jelas
