Betapa tisdak, semenjak pemkot mempublikasikan adanya perekrutan karyawan oleh perusahaan Alfamart, sebanyak 28 orang yang akan ditetapkan sebaga karyawan perusahaan tersebut.<\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"left\">Dikatakan Kepala Disnaketrans, Haris Podomi melalui Kepala Seksi Penempatan Perluasan dan Peningkatan Produktifitas Tenaga Kerja, Moh Ardiansyah Pinujut SIP, mengatakan bahwa, mereka (para calon karyawan) sebelumnya telah memasukan berkas ke pihah Disnakertrans. \u201cPara calon pekerja tersebut, sebelumnya sudah memasukan berkas ke pihak kami,\u201d kata Diding sapaan akrabnya, Selasa (28\/06\/2016).<\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"left\">Lanjutnya, mereka yang telah terdaftar itu, semuanya sudah melalui tahapan atau seleksi berkas. \u201cSemuanya sudah melalui seleksi berkas. Dan jumlah yang akan direkrut itu, sekitar 50 orang, dari ratusan pendaftar,\u201d ujarnya.<\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"left\">Namun menurutnya, seleksi tersebut, sebelumnya dibuka secara umum dalam hal ini tidak hanya warga Kota Kotamobagu (KK) melainkan dari Daerah tetangga juga ada yang mendaftar. \u201cAlfarmart tidak hanya beroperasi di Kotamobagu, melainkan juga di daerah Bolaang Mongondow (Bolmong) dan di Bolaang Mongondow Timur (Boltim),\u201d imbuhnya.<\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"left\">Untuk Kotamobagu sendiri, pihkanya merekrut sebanyak 28 orang, sisanya di daerah asal mereka. \u201cUntuk wilayah Bolomg dan Boltim, juga ada yang mendaftar, jadi mereka akan dipekerjakan di wilayah mereka masing-masing,\u201d ujarnya.<\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"left\">Dia menambahkan, usai perekrutan karyawan, pihak Alfamart langusng melakukan uji coba (training) kepada calon karyawan. \u201cMereka (Alfamart, red), pekan ini, akan di training terlebih dahulu di toko alfamart yang berada di Kota Manado.
