Bahkan, sejumlah pihak meminta aparat kejaksaan dan kepolisian segera melakukan pemeriksaan. Hal tersebut dikatakan Ketua Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat (LSM) Mesjid, Zainal Van Gobel saat bersuah dengan wartawan, kemarin. Menurutnya, kasus ini sudah beberapa kali dimuat di media massa, hanya saja pihak kejaksaan dan kepolisian terkesan tidak berani bertindak. \u201cKasus ini merupakan wewenang Kejaksaan dan kepolisian. Seharusnya mereka bertindak cepat agar semua kebenaran bisa terungkap,\u201d sindirnya.<\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: left;\">Tak hanya itu, Zainal juga menyentil kinerja Kepala Kejaksaan Cabang Negeri (Kecabjari) Dumoga yang dinilai lamban menanggapi kasus seperti ini. \u201cKasus tersebut merupakan wilayah hukum Kejaksaan Cabang Dumoga. Namun sangat disayangkan semenjak Kecabjari Dumoga digantikan oleh Mursidi, banyak kasus-kasus yang seharusnya ditindaklanjuti malah terkesan dibiarkan. Berbeda pada zaman Kacabjari La Haja yang begitu progres dan welcome untuk menangani kasus seperti ini. Ya, minimal dilakukan pemeriksaan terlebih dahulu, jangan hanya tunggu bola,\u201d sebutnya.<\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: left;\">Sementara itu, Kacabjari Dumoga, Mursidi SH. MH saat hendak dikonfirmasi di kantornya, Selasa (19\/7) kemarin sedang tidak berada di tempat. Demikian pula dengan Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri (Kajari) Kotamobagu, Dasplin SH. MH saat berusaha\u00a0\u00a0beberapakali dihubungi melalui ponselnya (082188718XXX) yang bersangkutan tak sempat mengangkat telepon pewarta.<\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><em>Tim
