{"id":22755,"date":"2016-07-30T23:26:49","date_gmt":"2016-07-30T15:26:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/totabuanews.com\/?p=22755"},"modified":"2016-07-30T23:26:49","modified_gmt":"2016-07-30T15:26:49","slug":"140-bidang-tanah-milik-pemkot-segera-bersertifikat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/totabuan.news\/?p=22755","title":{"rendered":"140 Bidang Tanah Milik Pemkot Segera Bersertifikat"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5 align=\"left\"><b>TOTABUANEWS, KOTAMOBAGU \u2013<\/b>Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Kotamobagu, segera membuat 140 sertifikat tanah milik Pemkot yang sering menjadi catatan Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) dalam memberikan opini atas asset yang dihibahkan oleh Pemkab Bolmong.<\/h5>\n<h5>Diungkapkan Kepala Dinas Pendapatan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (DPPKAD), Rio Lombone melalui\u00a0 kepala seksi Aset daerah, Sugiarto Yunus, Kamis (28\/07\/2016). \u00a0Dari 211 bidang tanah yang telah dihabahkan, masih sekitar 140 tanah daerah, belum mengatongi \u00a0sertifikat. Setiap tahun berjalan, pihaknya mengajukan permohonan penerbitan sertifikat untuk bidang-bidang tanah tersebut.&#8221;Yang kini tengah berproses ada sepuluh permohonan penerbitan di BPN. Nah, saat ini juga kita tengah menyusun sebanyak sepuluh permohonan penerbitan sertifikat. Jadi tahun ini kita upayakan ada dua puluh bidang tanah yang ada sertifikat,\u201dujar\u00a0 Sugiarto Yunus.<\/h5>\n<h5>Dia menagatakan bahwa persoalan aset ini, tidak bisa dituntaskan secera cepat. Pemkot, akan mengikuti prosedur untuk menguji kebenaran aset tersebut. \u201cMekanismenya panjang. Dilihat dulu, apakah bidang tanah tersebut benar ada, baru bisa masuk ke proses penyusunan permohonan dan selanjutnya proses penerbitan. Tetapi, kita terus berprogres. Soalnya, tiap audit oleh BPK, selalu soal asset ini yang menjadi utama pemeriksaan,\u201d tandasnya.<\/h5>\n<h5>Diketahui, nilai asset berupa bidang tanah yang dihibahkan Pemkot sebesar Rp 6.588.719.424. Masih banyak asset lain berupa bangunan, kendaraan roda dua dan roda empat serta barang inventaris yang terus diperbaiki.<\/h5>\n<h5><em><strong>Tim
