TOTABUANEWS, BOLTIM<\/strong> – Surat Pertanggung jawaban (SPj) Dana Desa (Dandes) tahap Pertama oleh 80 desa di Boltim akan segera diserahkan ke Kementerian Keuangan (Kemenkeu). Dengan realisasi anggaran mencapai Rp28 miliar lebih.<\/h5>\n
Hal ini dikatakan Kepala Dinas Pengelolaan Pendapatan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (DPPKAD), Oskar Manoppo SE MM. Menurutnya, laporan pertanggungjawaban sudah rampung dan akan diserahkan ke Kemenkeu. Namun, terkendala dengan kesehatan Kepala Bidang Perbendaharaan di DPPKAD Ayko Mentemas yang berhalangan sakit. \u201cBerkas-berkasnya sudah siap, mulai dari SPJ sampai SPD. Secara administrasi sudah lengkap, bahkan sudah di tanda-tangani oleh Bupati,\u201d kata oskar.<\/h5>\n
Lanjutnya, Dari total keseluruhan dandes yakni Rp49 Miliar, untuk 80 desa, \u201cAnggaran tahap I yang masuk ke kas daerah Rp29 miliar, Sedangkan tahap II Rp20 miliar. Namun, tahap I ada pemotongan sebesar Rp245 juta, karena ada 5 desa tidak dicairkan,\u201d katanya.<\/h5>\n
Untuk pencairan dandes tahap II, dirinya menjelaskan,\u00a0 dandes tahap II bisa dicairkan jika\u00a0 laporan pertanggungjawaban tahap I sudah diserahkan ke Kemenkeu, \u201cJika laporan penggunaan pada tahap I sudah diterima oleh Kemenkeu Rl, secara administrasi dan sudah terdaftar di simda keuangan desa dengan seluruh pertanggungjawaban baik itu spj dan spd, DD tahap II pun bisa di cairkan,\u201d jelasnya.<\/h5>\n
Ditambahnya, pengurusan saat ini berbeda dengan sebelumnya, \u201cUntuk sekarang, lengkapi dulu spj nya baru bisa dicairkan. Dan untuk spj DD tahap I, kami tidak temukan adanya temuan, dan dipastikan berkasnya akan diserahkan pekan ini ke kementrian keuangan,\u201d tutup Oskar.<\/h5>\n
