{"id":23222,"date":"2016-08-19T10:42:21","date_gmt":"2016-08-19T02:42:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/totabuanews.com\/?p=23222"},"modified":"2016-08-19T10:42:21","modified_gmt":"2016-08-19T02:42:21","slug":"pemkot-serahkan-draf-kua-ppas-apbd-perubahan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/totabuan.news\/?p=23222","title":{"rendered":"Pemkot Serahkan Draf KUA-PPAS APBD Perubahan"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>TOTABUANEWS, KOTAMOBAGU \u2013<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Walikota Tatong Bara menyampaikan draf Kebijakan Umum Anggaran Prioritas Plafon Anggaran Sementara (KUA-PPAS) Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Daerah \u2013APBD) Perubahan, melalui sidang paripurna Dewan Kota (Dekot), Kamis (18\/8) kemarin.<\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: left;\">Dalam dokumen perubahan APBD tersebut, memuat tentang asumsi perubahan pendapatan, belanja dan pembiayaan daerah tahun anggaran 2016, yang memungkinkan terjadi peningkatan. Hal itu karena adanya kebijakan yang harus dilakukan maupun hal lain yang bersifat insidentil dengan pembiayaan melalui APBD.<\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: left;\">\u201cDari asumsi itu, diperlukan perubahan APBD karena terjadi perkembangan yang tidak sesuai kebijakan umum anggaran maupun pelampauan proyeksi pendapatan daerah dan peningkatan belanja daerah, yang diformulasikan dalam rancangan KUA dan PPAS APBD perubahan,\u201d kata Walikota Tatong Bara, saat membacakan draf KUA PPAS ABD Perubahan, pada sidang paripurna pembicaraan tingkat I, kemarin.<\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: left;\">Dalam kesempatan itu, walikota juga menyampaikan beberapa hal yang berhubungan dengan rancangan KUA-PPAS perubahan APBD 2016. Belanja daerah diprediksi akan naik melebihi angka Rp700 miliar dengan perincian belanja langsung diatas Rp300 miliar dan belanja tidak langsung diatas angka Rp400 miliar. \u201cAnggaran belanja daerah direncanakan untuk mendanai pelaksanaan urusan pemerintahan yang menjadi kewenangan pemerintah yang dalamnya memuat tentang urusan wajib dan urusan pilihan,\u201d terang walikota.<\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: left;\">Sementara itu, Ketua Dewan Kota (Dekot), Ahmad Sabir mengungkapkan, pihaknya akan segera menindaklanjuti untuk pembahasan lebih lanjut draf perubahan APBD 2016. \u201cSetelah paripurna akan dibahas ditingkat komisi. Mudah-mudahan SKPD semua proaktif agar jadwal pembahasan yang sudah ditetapkan melalui rapat Banmus (Badan Musyawarah) tidak bergeser, setelah itu paripurna tahap II,\u201d ungkapnya.<\/h5>\n<h5
