Berhasil menemukan dua oknum perawat yang berstatus\u00a0\u00a0Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN), tak menjalankan tugas\u00a0malam hari.<\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: left;\">Di mana, kedua ASN itu hanya meminta tenaga kontrak (Honorer) untuk menggantikan tugas malam mereka di ruangan kelas III RSU tersebut.<\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: left;\">Hal ini diakui\u00a0Tahlis,\u00a0ketika dihubungi sejumlah wartawan usai mengikuti sidang paripurna KUA \u2013 PPAS perubahan tahap satu di gedung DPRD Kotamobagu. \u201cSaat saya temui, hanya ada beberapa petugas yang menjaga pasien, dan semuanya tenaga honorer,\u201d kata Tahlis Kamis (18\/08\/2016).<\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: left;\">Lanjut\u00a0Tahlis, ketidak hadiran dua ASN yang seharusnya melakukan penjagaan pada malam itu, memiliki alasan yang\u00a0jelas.<\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0\u201cSaya sudah panggil bersangkutan. Menurut saya, alasanya sudah\u00a0jelas. Satunya sedang hamil\u00a0tua, dan satunya lagi berlasan, anak sedang sakit\u00a0dengan menunjukan surat keterangan dokter,\u201d ujar\u00a0Tahlis.<\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: left;\">Menurut\u00a0Tahlis, kedepan bagi ASN yang bertugas di Rumah Sakit, agar lebih memperhatikan\u00a0\u00a0kinerja sebagai\u00a0abdi\u00a0negara. \u201cJangan sampai hal seperti ini terulang lagi,\u201d harapnya.<\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: left;\">Tahlis menambahkan, jika ditemukan ASN yang sengaja tak menjalankan tugas dengan alasan yang tak mendasar.
