TOTABUANEWS, KOTAMOBAGU<\/strong> \u2013 Badan Legislasi (Banleg) DPRD Kotamobagu dan Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) telah selesai membahas rancangan peraturan daerah (ranperda) Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) pada Senin (29\/08) kemarin. Akan tetapi menurut personil Banleg Begie Anugerah Gobel, ranperda OPD tersebut belum bisa ditetapkan menjadi peraturan daerah (perda).<\/h5>\n
\u201cKendatipu \u00a0begitu, OPD KK belum bisa di tetapkan menjadi Perda bersamaan dengan penetapan APBD Perubahan TA 2016,\u201d kata Begie.<\/h5>\n
Lanjut Begie, hal ini disebabkan karena masih ada beberapa mekanisme yang harus ditempuh sesuai Permendagri 80\/2015 tentang Pembentukan Produk Hukum Daerah.<\/h5>\n
\u201cYakni yang mengatur bahwa Ranperda telah selesai dibahas ada yang ditetapkan menjadi Perda (pembicaraan tingkat II), kemudian di evaluasi oleh Gubernur via Biro Hukum Setprov. Ranperda ini antara lain Ranperda APBD, APBD Perubahan, RPJMD, RPJPD, RTRW dan keretribusian,\u201d kata Begie.<\/h5>\n
Begie menambahkan, Ranperda OPD \u00a0tergolong Ranperda yang difasilitasi oleh Gubernur baru kemudian ditetapkan menjadi Perda. \u201cHal ini juga berlaku untuk Ranperda Trantibum dan Pengumpulan dan Pengelolaan Limbah inisiatif DPRD KK yang sudah selesai difasilitasi namun masih menunggu SK Gubernur,\u201d tutup Begie.<\/h5>\n
