ADVETORIAL, BOLMONG –<\/strong> Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Bolaang Mongondow (Bolmong) gencar lakukan sosialisasi tahapan Pemilihan Kepala Daerah (Pilkada). Ratusan petani dan nelayan dikumpulkan di Pantai Nyiur Hijau, desa Babo kecamatan Sangtombolang, Sabtu (15\/10) pekan lalu.<\/p>\n

Hari ini KPU Bolmong telah ketambahan 150 agen sosialisasi setelah sebelumnya telah memiliki 420 agen sosialisasi. Khusus untuk hari ini pendidikan partisipasi masyarakat kami lakukan terhadap tani dan nelayan khususnya yg berada di kecamatan Sangtombolang” ungkap Ketua KPU Bolmong Fahmi G. Gobel dalam sambutannya saat membuka acara tersebut.<\/p>\n

Materi sosialisasi disampaikan narasumber, diantaranya Chenny Karouwan \u00a0SPd, mantan Ketua Panwas Bolmong. Chenny menegaskan Pilkada merupakan sarana menyalurkan hak konstitusi warga negara. Namun, masyarakat juga wajib mengawasi tahapan Pilkada.<\/p>\n

“Tugas masyarakat bukan sekedar mencoblos pada hari H. Namun, punya hak juga mengawasi, sehingga benar-benar menjadi pesta demokrasi,” ungkap Chenny.<\/p>\n

Sosialisasi juga dihadiri Komisioner KPU Provinsi Sulut, Hi Fachrudin Noh S.Ag, MPd.I . Saat diberi kesempatan, Fachrudin menegaskan politik uang ada sangsinya. Bukan hanya yang memberikan yang kena sangsi tapi yang menerima juga ada sangsi.<\/p>\n

“Apalagi money politik sudah diatur dalam pasal di undang-undang pilkada. Jadi jangan coba-coba praktikan politik uang dalam pilkada,” tegasnya.<\/p>\n

Sementara itu, Komisioner KPU Bolmong, Daendels Somboadile mengatakan pihaknya akan gencar sosialisasi dan masuk ke berbagai segmen. Dan kali ini segmen yang disasar adalah tani dan nelayan.<\/p>\n

“Kita konsen untuk meningkatkan partipasi pemilih, namun karena kesadaran bukan karena iming-iming barang apalagi politik uang,” tutupnya.<\/p>\n
