{"id":24962,"date":"2016-10-16T14:59:25","date_gmt":"2016-10-16T06:59:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/totabuanews.com\/?p=24962"},"modified":"2016-10-17T15:03:30","modified_gmt":"2016-10-17T07:03:30","slug":"36-pelanggar-terjaring-operasi-cipkon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/totabuan.news\/?p=24962","title":{"rendered":"36 Pelanggar Terjaring Operasi Cipkon"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>TOTABUANEWS, KOTAMOBAGU<\/strong> &#8211; Operasi Ciptan Kondisi (Cipkon), gabungan Sabhara, Reskrim, dan Satuan Lalulintas (Satlantas) Polres Bolmong, Sabtu (15\/10\/2016), di jalan Veteran Kelurahan Motoboi Kecil berhasil menjaring 36 Pelanggar.<\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: left;\">Kapolres Bolmong AKBP William A Simanjuntak SIK,MH. melalui Kanit Turjawali, Ipda DS Ngalimin yang pada saat itu memimpin Operasi Cipkon mengatakan, Operasi rutin Cipkon diagendakan setiap malam minggu ini, bertujuan menertibkan seluruh pengendara yang tidak memiliki kelengkapan surat kendaraan, serta tujuanya hal &#8211; hal lainya juga, intinya yang menganggu Keamanan dan Ketertiban Masyarakat (Kamtibnas) di malam hari juga akan diamankan.<\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: left;\">&#8220;Operasi Rutin Kepolisian yang dikenal dengan Cipta Kondisi ini, rutin dilaksanakan setiap Sabtu malam (Malam Minggu,red). waktu yang ditentukan ini memang terjadi peningkatan aktivitas masyarakat karena pada keesokan harinya adalah hari Minggu yang juga merupakan hari libur masyarakat, banyak memanfaatkanya dengan bermalam minggu dan ini merupakan ancaman faktual apabila tidak terantisipasi yang pada akhirnya menjadi Gangguan Kamtibmas&#8221; ujar Ngalimin.<\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: left;\">Lanjut Ngalimin, Adapun sasaran dari Operasi ini adalah Minuman Keras (miras), senjata Tajam (sajam), kendaraan bermotor (ranmor) roda dua dan roda empat, dan kendaraan menggunakan kenalpot bising akan diamankan, &#8220;Iya sasaranya itu, apbila kedapatan, kita tidak segan segan untuk melakukan Tilang kepada yang melanggar. Hasil operasi malam ini, Surat Tanda Nomor Kendaraan (Stnk) 11, Surat Izin Mengemudi (Sim) 12 dan Ranmor 12 unit.
