TOTABUANEWS, KOTAMOBAGU \u2013<\/b>\u00a0Dewan Kota (Dekot) tinggal menunggu penyerahan draf Kebijakan Umum Anggaran Prioritas Plafon Anggaran Sementara (KUA-PPAS) Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Daerah (APBD) 2017, oleh pihak eksekutif.<\/h5>\n
\u201cBelum diserahkan. Kalau sudah akan langsung kita tindaklanjuti melalui rapat Banmus (Badan Musyawarah) untuk mengangendakan paripurna tahap I,\u201d kata Ketua Dekot, Ahmad Sabir, kemarin.<\/h5>\n
Menanggapinya, Ketua Tim Anggaran Pemerintah Daerah (TAPD), Tahlis Galang mengungkapkan, draf KUA-PPAS akan segera diserahkan ke legislatif. \u201cSudah ditandatangani tadi (kemarin, red) dan akan langsung kita serahkan,\u201d katanya, kemarin.<\/h5>\n
Meski sudah berada di meja legislatif, namun penetapan KUA-PPAS masih menunggu penetapan Rancangan Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Negara (R-APBN). Sebab, dalam R-APBN tersebut terdapat pagu Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) dan Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU).\u00a0\u00a0\u201cSebetulnya tidak masalah mendahului penetapan R-APBN asalkan pagu definitifnya sama seperti tahun sebelumnya. Kalau diatas dari pagu tahun sebelumnya itu akan menjadi beban di APBD Perubahan. Lebih baik kita menunggu satu atau dua minggu lagi dari pada terburu-buru dan ada anggaran dan kegiatan yang terpending,\u201d ujarnya.\u00a0<\/b><\/h5>\n
