Totabuanews.com,<\/strong> Boltim – Terkait adanya isu rolling<\/a> pejabat eselon II di jajaran Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab), Bolaang Mongondow Timur (Boltim), akhirnya disikapi Bupati Sehan Landjar.<\/p>\n

Kepada sejumlah awak media, Landjar mengatakan rolling bisa saja dilakukan dan bisa juga tidak, hal itu, menurutnya tergantung dari hasil evaluasi kinerja yang saat ini sedang dilakukan. \u201cKami akan lakukan evaluasi terlebih dulu. Jika kinerja pejabat yang ada sekarang ini bagus, maka tak perlu dilakukan rolling,\u201d kata Eyang sapaan akrab Bupati.<\/p>\n

Lanjut Landjar mengatakan kalaupun terjadi rolling setelah dilakukan evaluasi kinerja, maka pemerintah akan sangat teliti menempatkan pejabat pada sebuah posisi sebagai pimpinan SKPD. \u201cBanyak faktor penilaian baik tingkat pendidikan, diklat, disiplin, karir PNS dan memiliki moral yang baik,\u201d ungkap Eyang.<\/p>\n
