TOTABUANEWS, KOTAMOBAGU \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>Kebisaan masyarakat khususnya di Desa Sia\u2019, Kecamatan Kotamobagu Utara, yang suka Buang Air Besar (BAB) sembarangan, kini harus dihilangkan. Pasalnya, Pemerintah Desa (Pemdes) telah membuat Peraturan Desa (Perdes) yang mengatur tentang larangan BAB sembarangan. Jika ada yang melanggar, sanksi berupa denda sebesar Rp50 ribu siap diberlakukan.<\/h5>\n
Sangadi Sia\u2019, Herto Balansa, mengungkapkan selain BAB, masyarakat juga dilarang membuang pampers sembarangan, membuang sampah bukan pada tempatnya serta wajib membuat saluran pembuangan air limbah. Larangan-larangan itu merupakan kesepakatan semua masyarakat dan termuat dalam Perdes.<\/h5>\n
\u201cSaya sudah instruksikan kepada linmas maupun masyarakat jika melihat ada yang melanggar peraturan ini, agar dilaporkan ke saya untuk diberikan sanksi,\u201d katanya, saat membacakan kesepakatan stop BABS, dihadapan walikota dan jajaran Pemkot, Selasa (22\/11).<\/h5>\n
Ditambahkannya, sejak dilaksanakan sosialisasi tentang Sanitasi Total Berbasis Masyarakat (STBM) oleh Dinas Kesehatan (Dinkes) beberapa waktu lalu, pihaknya langsung menindaklanjuti dengan menyosialisasikan lima pilar STBM ke masyarakat, seperti tidak BAB sembarangan, mencuci tangan pakai sabun, mengelola air minum dan makanan yang aman dan sehat, mengelola sampah rumah tangga dan mengelola limbah cair rumah tangga dengan aman.<\/h5>\n
\u201cPerlahan masyarakat mulai membiasakan diri hidup bersih dan sehat,\u201d tambahnya.<\/h5>\n
Walikota Tatong Bara, meminta semua desa dan kelurahan juga membuat aturan tentang larangan BAB sembarangan. \u201cHari stop BABS dilaksanakan di Desa Sia\u2019, dan itu harus diikuti semua dan kelurahan\u201d ungkap walikota.<\/h5>\n
