{"id":28378,"date":"2017-02-09T22:01:55","date_gmt":"2017-02-09T14:01:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/totabuanews.com\/?p=28378"},"modified":"2017-02-09T22:01:55","modified_gmt":"2017-02-09T14:01:55","slug":"kejari-boroko-segera-simpulkan-kasus-dugaan-penyalahgunaan-dana-desa-paku","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/totabuan.news\/?p=28378","title":{"rendered":"Kejari Boroko Segera Simpulkan Kasus Dugaan Penyalahgunaan Dana Desa Paku"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>TOTABUANEWS, BOROKO\u00a0<\/strong>&#8211; Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Boroko dalam waktu dekat ini akan segera menyimpulkan penyelidikan dugaan kasus yang menimpah Sangadi Paku, Kecamatan Bolangitang Barat, Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Utara (Bolmut).<\/p>\n<p>Kepala Seksi Intelejen (Kasi Intel) Kejari Boroko Roberto Sohilait SH MH saat ditemui sejumlah wartawan di ruang kerjanya mengatakan, pemeriksaan kepada sejumlah saksi atas laporan masyarakat Desa Paku sudah dilakukan atas dugaan penyalagunaan Dana Desa (Dandes) Tahun 2016.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBeberapa saksi sudah diperiksa, Sangadi pun sudah memberikan keterangan atas laporan warga paku terkait dugaan penyalagunaan Dandes Tahun 2016,\u201d ujarnya Rabu, (8\/2\/2017).<\/p>\n<p>Dia juga menjelaskan, ketua Tim Pelaksana Kegiatan (TPK) Dandes Desa Paku suda diperiksa pada Selasa (7\/2\/2017) kemarin untuk memperdalam penyelidikan lanjutan atas dugaan pemalsuan tanda tangan pencairan dana penyertaan modal senilai Rp. 35 juta.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKami suda periksa ketua TPK Dandes Tahun 2016 Desa Paku. Dan dipastikan dalam waktu dekat ini akan disimpulkan atas penyalagunaan wewenang sangadi tersebut,\u201d terangnya.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara itu, sejumlah pemerhati Bolut Gandhi Goma SH pun angkat bicara terkait penyelidikan Kejari Boroko atas dugaan kasus penyalagunaan wewenang Sangadi tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKejari Boroko harus membuktikan kinerjanya atas laporan warga terkait penyalagunaan wewenang oleh Sangadi pada dugaan pemalsuan tanda tangan pada proses pencairan dana penyertaan modal Dandes Tahun 2016.
