\u201cMemasuki perubahan dunia yang begitu cepat, kita dihadapkan paling tidak dua tantangan, yaitu Tantangan Perubahan dari masyarakat Agraris kemasyarakat Industri dan tantangan dalam menerima arus perubahan peradaban masyarakat Pasca Industri,\u201d kata Rinto.<\/p>\n<p>Lanjutnya lagi, kondisi ini pada akhirnya melahirkan berbagai tuntutan baru masyarakat dan lingkungannya terhadap perubahan dan penyusuaian paradigma dan praktek kepemimpinan dalam pemerintahan dan pembangunan. \u201cSemoga niat semua kalangan yang mendukung Program saya ini serta rencana mendirikan Pabrik Industri dapat juga di dukung oleh pemerintah daerah,\u201d ujar Rinto.<\/p>\n<p>Sehingga dengan adanya dukungan pemerintah Bolsel, akan memudahkan program ini yang sangat memberikan nilai ekonomis membuka peluang usaha bagi para petani kebun, serta dapat memberkian kemajuan ekonomi khususnya masyarakat petani kebun. \u201cMohon do&#8217;a dan dukungan dari semua pihak rencna launchingnya pada bulan depan
