{"id":32606,"date":"2017-05-24T00:05:47","date_gmt":"2017-05-23T16:05:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/totabuanews.com\/?p=32606"},"modified":"2017-05-24T00:05:47","modified_gmt":"2017-05-23T16:05:47","slug":"22-miliar-untuk-gaji-13-asn-pemkot-kotamobagu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/totabuan.news\/?p=32606","title":{"rendered":"22 Miliar untuk Gaji 13 ASN Pemkot Kotamobagu"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"m_-6505598201512294856gmail-MsoNoSpacing\"><strong>TOTABUANEWS, KOTAMOBAGU<\/strong>\u2014Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Kotamobagu menyediakan anggaran sebanyak Rp22 Miliar untuk membayar\u00a0\u00a0gaji ke-13 untuk 2.800 Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN).\u00a0\u00a0Menurut Kepala Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah (BPKD) Kotamobagu, Rio Lombone melalui Kabid Anggaran Helfrits Lahimade, untuk dana pembayaran gaji 14 dan 14 sudah ditata dalam Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Daerah (APBD) 2017.<\/p>\n<p class=\"m_-6505598201512294856gmail-MsoNoSpacing\">Namun demikian, pada ASN dilingkungan Pemkot, harus sedikit bersabar, karena petunjuk teknis (Juknis) belum ada. \u201cUntuk membayar gaji 13 ada 11 miliar dan untuk gaji 14 juga 11 miliar. Jadi total 22 miliar. Jika Juknis dari pusat sudah ada, pastinya langsung dibayarkan,\u201d ungkap Helfrits.<\/p>\n<p class=\"m_-6505598201512294856gmail-MsoNoSpacing\">Helfrits menepis soal rumor ada kenaikan gaji 13 dan 14. Ia mengatakan belum memastikan soal rumor kenaikan gaji. Sebab untuk anggaran pembayaran sudah ditata sejak 2016 lalu. \u201cKami belum bisa memastikan. Kalau juga ada Juknisnya, nanti akan ada perubahan. Persoalannya untuk Juknis pembayaran belum turun,\u201d jelasnya.<\/p>\n<p class=\"m_-6505598201512294856gmail-MsoNoSpacing\">Sementara itu, jika merunut dari peraturan pemerintah (PP) Nomor 19 Tahun 2016, gaji 13 akan dibayarkan bulan Juni mendatang.\u00a0 PP 19 Pasal 3 ayat 1 menyebutkan gaji, pensiun, atau tunjangan ke-13 bagi PNS, Prajurit, TNI, Anggota Polri, Pejabat Negara, dan Penerima Pensiun atau Tunjangan sebagai dimaksud Pasal 2 ayat 1 diberikan sebesar penghasilan pada bulan Juni.<\/p>\n<p class=\"m_-6505598201512294856gmail-MsoNoSpacing\">Sementara Pasal 4 ayat 1 menyebutkan, pemberian gaji pokok, tunjangan keluarga, tunjangan jabatan atau tunjangan umum ketiga belas sebagaimana dimaksud pada Pasal 3 ayat 3 huruf a dan dibayarkan pada bulan Juni. Pasal 4 ayat 2 disebutkan tunjangan kinerja ketigabelas sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 3 ayat 3 huruf a dibayarkan pada bulan Juli.<\/p>\n<p class=\"m_-6505598201512294856gmail-MsoNoSpacing\">Sementara untuk pemberian THR atau gaji 14 harus menunggu payung hukum baru berupa PP.
