{"id":32828,"date":"2017-05-31T09:29:43","date_gmt":"2017-05-31T01:29:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/totabuanews.com\/?p=32828"},"modified":"2017-05-31T09:33:01","modified_gmt":"2017-05-31T01:33:01","slug":"korban-penganiayaan-di-desa-diat-pertanyakan-kinerja-polsek-lolak","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/totabuan.news\/?p=32828","title":{"rendered":"Korban Penganiayaan di Desa Diat Pertanyakan Kinerja Polsek Lolak"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>TOTABUANEWS, BOLMONG \u2013<\/strong> Keluarga Korban Penganiayaan di Desa Diat, Kecamatan Lolak, Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow (Bolmong), mempertanyakan kinerja Polsel Lolak, dalam kaitannya dengan penanganan kasus tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Pasalnya, penganiayaan yang terjadi kepada korban Jastro Anggay (40) yang dilakukan oleh Waji Daeng Pacida (50) warga yang sama, dengan menebas kepala korban Jastro yang tak lain merupakan ketua RT hingga mengalami tujuh jahitan, sampai dengan saat ini dari pihak keluarga belum mendapatkan informasi perkembangan kasus tersebut dari Polsek Lolak.<\/p>\n<p>Bahkan kasus dengan bukti laporan di Polsek Lolak dengan Nomor Surat: TBL\/39-a\/IV\/2017\/Sek.Rrl.Lolak, oleh pihak keluarga korban menilai sengaja didiamkan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKami memohon agar kasus ini diseriusi oleh pihak berwenang, dan supaya Pelaku dapat diberikan hukuman yang setimpal dengan perbuatannya,\u201d ujar salah satu keluarga Korban yang namanya enggan dipublish, Selasa (30\/05\/2017) di Kantor Redaksi Totabuanews.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara itu, Kapolsek Lolak, AKP Suharno, saat dihubungi TOTABUANEWS, Rabu (31\/05\/2017) melalui seluler, mengatakan jika kasus tersebut sedang dalam proses, bahkan telah dilimpahkan ke Kejaksaan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKasus tersebut sudah kita limpahkan ke Kejaksaan sejak pekan lalu, tinggal menunggu sidang,\u201d jelas Suharno.<\/p>\n<p>Diketahui, penganiayaan tersebut terjadi saat Korban Jastro mengamankan Sapi milik Pelaku yang berkeliaran bebas dan merusak tanaman di kebun milik Korban. Tak berselang lama Pelaku datang ke kebun tersebut. Korban memberitahukan apa yang terjadi. Namun Pelaku seakan cuek bahkan langsung mengambil Sapi miliknya tanpa mengeluarkan sepatah kata.<\/p>\n<p>Tindakan Pelaku sontak saja membuat Korban naik pitam dan terjadilah adu mulut antara keduanya. Pelaku pun mengambil parang yang biasa dibawanya ke kebun, kemudian membacok kepala korban, hingga harus dilarikan korban ke Puskesmas Lolak untuk perawatan tim Medis.<\/p>\n<p>Polsek Lolak setelah mendapat informasi, langsung menuju ke Tempat Kejadian Perkara (TKP), dan melakukan olah TKP serta mangamankan barang bukti dan pelakunya.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Peliput: Rhu
