TOTABUANEWS, BOLMONG<\/strong> – Bupati Bolmong Dra Hj Yasti Supredjo Mokoagow menghimbau warga waspadai dugaan modus penipuan baru, yakni dengan menawarkan program bantuan rumah bersubsidi. Bahkan, oknum pemberi tawaran mengaku bantuan tersebut merupakan bantuan Presiden Joko Widodo. Saat ini sejumlah warga di Kecamatan Dumoga Utara mulai disasar para oknum yang menawarkan program pembangunan rumah bersubsidi. \u201cAda beberapa orang mengaku pihak ketiga menawarkan program rumah bersubsidi, dengan tawaran 30-70 persen. Asalkan ada lahan, warga hanya menanggung biaya 30 persennya saja,\u201d kata Camat Dumoga Utara I Ketut Kolak SSos MKes, Senin (12\/6\/2017)<\/p>\n

Tak hanya untuk rumah sederhana, para oknum yang mengaku pihak ketiga itu menawarkan juga pembangunan untuk rumah mewah.<\/p>\n

“Katanya bantuan ini untuk berbagai jenis rumah. Namun mereka tak menyebut nama programnya,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n

Karena penasaran dengan program ini, Camat kemudian mengecek ke Dinas Perumahan Provinsi Sulut. Namun mereka pun mengaku tak tahu.<\/p>\n

\u201cSelain program bedah rumah, kami tak mendapat informasi resmi dari manapun soal program itu. Makanya kami selaku pemerintah tak punya dasar untuk melarang masyarakat menerima program itu,\u201d imbuh Kolak.<\/p>\n

Hingga saat ini, Ada warga di kecamatan Dumoga Utara yang sudah menyetor Rp 45 juta ke pihak ketiga itu. Namun hingga kini, rumah warganya itu belum dibangun juga. \u201cKami langsung meminta petunjuk bupati apakah program ini ada atau tidak,\u201d kata Kolak.<\/p>\n

Dikonfirmasi terpisah, Bupati Bolmong Yasti Soepredjo Mokoagow mengatakan, kalau program rumah bersubsidi itu dari pemerintah pusat, Pemkab Bolmong pasti dapat pemberitahuan. \u201dMasyarakat Bolmong jangan mudah percaya. Kalau program bantuan rumah dari pemerintah itu jelas. Kami pastikan, itu penipuan karena oknum yang menawarkan program itu tak jelas,\u201d kata Yasti.<\/p>\n
