Sebagaimana dalam pantauan <a href=\"http:\/\/totabuanews.com\">totabuanews<\/a>, yang paling menonjol kerusakan jalan terjadi yakni diruas jalan KS Tubun Kotamobagu, yakni antara Kelurahan Matali dan Sinindian. Hal itupun, membuat salah satu LSM angkat bicara.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDinas PU KK sebaiknya segera mengevaluasi serta memperbaiki seluruh ruas jalan yang telah rusak. Karena, hasil dari pantauan kami banyak ruas jalan di Kotamobagu dalam kondisi berlobang. Sehingga hal itu bisa membahayakan para pengendara khususnya roda dua,\u201d ujar Ketua LSM LPKEL Revormasi Effendy Abdul Kadir,<\/p>\n<p>Ending (sapaan Effendi) pun sangat menyayangkan jalan yang telah diaspak Hotmix dengan anggran miliaran rupiah, namun baru setahun dikerjakan kondisinya sudah rusak. \u201cIni menjadi catatan khusus bagi pemkot agar nanti pada pelaksanaan pembangunan berikutnya, harus lebih selektif melakukan pengawasan kepada pekerjaan para kontraktor pelaksana proyek sehingga tidak akan terjadi pekerjaan asal-asalan,\u201d tegasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Diketahui, sebelumnya kepala Dinas Pekerjaan Umum (PU) Kotamobagu.
