ADVERTORIAL, Bolsel – Badan Pembuat Peraturan Daerah (Bapemperda) dan Pimpinan Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Bolaang Mongondow Selatan (Bolsel), menghadiri kegiatan ‘Rembuk Nasional Dan Legislasi Daerah’ di Gedung Nusantara IV komplek parlemen Senayan Jakarta, belum lama ini.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Kegiatan itu diselenggarakan oleh Panitia Perancang Undang – Undang (PPUU) Dewan Perwakilan Daerah (DPD) Republik Indonesia (RI).<\/p>\n

Adapun tujuan kegiatan tersebut untuk memaksimalkan peran DPD RI dalam rangka sinkronisasi dan harmonisasi pembangunan hukum pusat dan daerah.<\/p>\n

Sebagaimana yang diketahui terdapat lebih dari 3143 Perda yang dibatalkan oleh Kemendagri. Pembatalan – pembatalan Perda yang sudah terbentuk dilakukan sebab dinilai bertentangan dengan peraturan perundang undangan yang lebih tinggi. Seperti kepentingan umum, atau keasusilaan.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Sebagai lembaga perwakilan daerah, DPD RI diharapkan dapat menjadi jembatan antara pemerintah pusat dan pemerintahan daerah dalam merumuskan Program Pembentukan Peraturan Daerah.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

“Sehingga tercipta kualitas pembentukan legislasi daerah yang baik dan selaras dengan pembangunan hukum ditingkat pusat,” jelas Ketua Bapemperda Bolsel, Riston Mokoagow.<\/p>\n

Lebih lanjut Fadli Tuliabu Wakil Ketua DPRD Bolsel menyampaikan, rembuk nasional yg digelar DPD RI ini, dapat memberikan output adanya rumusan mengenai mekanisme kerja. Pembentukan legislasi di daerah yang harmonis dan selaras dengan peraturan perundang-undangan.<\/p>\n

“Selain itu Rembuk Nasional juga diharapkan mampu memberikan berbagai masukan, saran dan kesimpulan bersama antar lembaga,” jelasnya.<\/p>\n

Sementara Itu ketua DPRD Bolsel Abdi Van Gobel, mengapresiasi acara yg digelar oleh DPD RI ini. Ia berharap acara ini dapat memberikan masukan penting bagi lembaga khususnya DPRD Kabupatan Bolsel.<\/p>\n

“Khususnya dalam menghasilkan Produk Hukum Daerah yg lebih berkualitas kedepan,” jelasnya.<\/p>\n

Rembuk Nasional dibuka oleh Ketua DPD RI Oesman Sapta dan dilaksanakan di Gedung Nusantara IV komplek parlemen Senayan, Jakarta, pada hari Rabu 18 Oktober 2017.<\/p>\n

Tampil sebagai narasumber dalam acara tersebut yaitu, Menteri Hukum dan HAM Yasona H Laoly, Supandi, Ketua Muda Mahkamah Agung RI Widodo Sigit Pujianto, Kepala Biro Hukum Kementrian Dalam Negeri I Gede Pasek Suardika, Ketua PPUU DPD RI.<\/p>\n
