{"id":38813,"date":"2017-11-19T16:46:10","date_gmt":"2017-11-19T08:46:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/totabuanews.com\/?p=38813"},"modified":"2017-11-19T16:46:10","modified_gmt":"2017-11-19T08:46:10","slug":"petani-dumoga-keluhkan-resi-gudang-di-mogoyungung","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/totabuan.news\/?p=38813","title":{"rendered":"Petani Dumoga Keluhkan Resi Gudang di Mogoyungung"},"content":{"rendered":"<div><strong>TOTABUANEWS, BOLMONG<\/strong> &#8211; Keberadaan Resi Gudang di Desa Mogoyungung Kecamatan Dumoga mendapatkan keluhan dari petani, dikarenakan semenjak telah dibangun gudang untuk penyimpanan hasil panen sampai saat ini belum bisa digunakan.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&#8220;Banyak hasil panen kami akhirnya rusak, apalagi disaat musim hujan seperti ini, resi gudang yang sudah lama dibangun oleh pemerintah belum bisa digunakan,&#8221; ungkap salah satu petani di Desa Mogoyungung, Jumat (17\/11\/2017).<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Menanggapi hal tersebut, Kepala Dinas Perindustrian, Perdagangan dan Energi Sumber Daya Mineral (Disperindag-ESDM), George E D Tanor mengatakan, gudang yang ada di wilayah dumoga itu bukan gudang biasa, tetapi gudang tersebut merupakan resi gudang yang mempunyai mekanisme tahapan.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&#8220;Bangunan sudah ada, tapi ada tahapannya yakni dinilai dan dimasukan dalam gudang yang bersertifikat, resi gudang harus mempunyai badan hukum dan terakreditas, maka itu dinamakan resi gudang,&#8221; ungkap Tanor.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Belum adanya penampungan hasil panen kata Tanor, dijelaskannya. \u200ePihaknya tengah mempersiapkan diri untuk pelatihan dan bimbingan teknis bagi persiapan pengelolaan resi gudang tersebut.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&#8220;Nantinya tugas pengelolah gudang ini ketika barang masuk didalam melewati proses pengujian mutu, dan pengujian mutu memenuhi syarat di dalam resi gudang, karena barang disimpan itu milik masyarakat yang dijaga, keluar dalam bentuk resi, ini digunakan untuk jaminan ke perbankan, mendapatkan 70 persen dari volume disimpan,&#8221; katanya.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Pihaknya memastikan ditahun 2018 nanti, resi gudang sudah bisa digunakan.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&#8220;Tahun depan semua proses sudah ada dan Keberadaan resi gudang di Desa Mogoyunggung sudah bisa digunakan masyarakat,&#8221; tukasnya.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><em><strong>Peliput: Ebby Makalalag<\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>TOTABUANEWS, BOLMONG &#8211; Keberadaan Resi Gudang di Desa Mogoyungung Kecamatan Dumoga mendapatkan keluhan dari petani, dikarenakan semenjak telah dibangun gudang untuk penyimpanan<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":19815,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[5],"tags":[6304,6305],"newstopic":[],"class_list":["post-38813","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-bolmong","tag-petani-dumoga","tag-resi-gudang-di-mogoyungung"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
