TOTABUANEWS.COM,<\/strong> Molibagu – Dana asuransi sebesar Rp 285 Juta sebagai jaminan kesehatan bagi 20 anggota DPRD<\/a> Bolmong Selatan (Bolsel), 2012 lalu, diduga lenyap begitu saja. Betapa tidak saat beberapa anggota dewan mengajukan klaim asuransi tak dikunjung dibayarkan oleh pihak asuransi.<\/p>\n

Pada akhirnya, beberapa anggota dewan<\/a> yang pernah dirawat rumah sakit ngotot agar biaya pengobatannya dikembalikan. Pasalnya, ratusan juta sudah dianggaran di APBD 2012 untuk menjamin kesehatan bagi anggota dewan.<\/p>\n

Akhirnya, persoalan inipun tercium penegak hukum, sehingga Sekretaris Dewan (Sekwan) Bolsel Abdul Malik Musa terpaksa menjalani pemeriksaan oleh Kejaksaan Negeri Kotamobagu melalui Cabang Dumoga.<\/p>\n

Ihwal dari persoalan ini, kemudian Ketua Dewan Kabupaten (dekab) Bolmong Selatan (Bolsel) Abdul Rajak Bunsal membela pihak Sekretaris Dewan (setwan). Menurutnya, Sekwan dan jajarannya hanya membayar biaya asuransi itu sesuai kontrak kepada perusahaan terkait selaku pihak ketiga. Sehingga, Bunsal menilai kesalahan bukan di pihak sekretariat tapi kepada perusahan asuransi yang tak memberikan klaim kepada tertanggung (anggota dewan, red).<\/p>\n

“Bukan Sekwan, tapi yang diduga bermasalah adalah pihak perusahaan,” kata Bunsal saat dihubungi melalui ponselnya.<\/p>\n

Proses penyelidikan Kacabjari Dumoga terus dilakukan. Sudah dua oknum dari Setwan Bolsel yang diperiksa. Kabarnya, dalam waktu dekat ini, Kacabjari akan memanggil lagi oknum-oknum terkait untuk diperiksa.<\/p>\n
