Wabah penyakit ternak unggas yakni flu burung mulai menyerang ayam kampung, ayam ras petelur dan itik,&#8221; ungkap Kepala Dinas Pertanian Boltim Setiono, kemarin.<\/p>\n<p>Kata dia, uji tes sekaligus investigasi bersama Balai Besar Kesmavet Maros berlangsung sembilan hingga 19 Mei lalu. Karenanya, masyarakat waspada sebab virus flu burung menular kepada manusia.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Bagi pengusaha ayam diimbau untuk melakukan depopulasi atau pemusnahan jika terjadi ayam mati mendadak dan sudah diambang bahaya. Dimohon partisipasi masyarakat bersama pemerintah dalam pengendalian dan penanganan,&#8221; ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Lanjutnya, seluruh penyuluh pertanian intens memantau kondisi hewan unggas. &#8220;Jika ada ayam atau itik yang mati mendadak dengan gejala klinis berwarna merah kebiruan pada seluruh bagian tubuh, kepala dan mata bengkak, hewan yang mati segera dibakar atau kubur sedalam satu meter. Selanjutnya, lakukan penyemprotan disinfektan di serkitar kandang dan lingkungan sekitar,&#8221; urainya.<\/p>\n<p>Terpisah, Kepala Dinas Kesehatan (Dinkes) Boltim Eko Marsidi mengaku, pihaknya telah melakukan tindakan medis kepada salah satu warga yang disinyalir terserang flu burung. &#8220;Ada salah satu warga yang kita tangani.
