Sayangnya, mantan terpidana korupsi tak bisa Nyalon.<\/p>\n<p>Hal ini tertuang dalam PKPU Pencalonan yang baru saja disahkan hari ini (Sabtu, red). Ketika dikonfirmasi kepada Ketua Divisi (Kadiv) Teknis KPU Bolmong, Rully Halaa, Sabtu (30\/6\/18), dia membenarkan akan hal itu. Menurutnya ketentuan Pasal 7 PKPU nomor 20 tahun 2018 tentang Pencalonan Anggota DPR, DPRD Provinsi, dan DPRD Kab\/Kota, menegaskan soal persyaratan bakal calon, pada poin g, h dan i, bahwa tidak pernah sebagai terpidana berdasarkan putusan pengadilan yang telah berkekuatan hukum tetap yang diancam minimal lima tahun atau lebih berdasarkan putusan pengadilan. &#8220;Poin h ditegaskan bukan mantan terpidana bandar narkoba, kejahatan seksual terhadap anak, atau korupsi. Jadi PKPUnya sudah sangaat jelas,&#8221; urai Rully.<\/p>\n<p>Dijelaskan lagi, bahwa pengajuan bakal calon oleh partai politik mulai tanggal 4 sampai 17 Juli 2018. &#8220;semua syarat dan dokumen harus lengkap termasuk keterwakilan 30 persen perempuan,&#8221; jelasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Ketua Bolmong Fahmi Gobel menambahkan, pihaknya awal pekan depan akan mengundang partai politik untuk sosialisasi peraturan ini, agar dalam pengajuan bakal calon tak ada lagi kendala. &#8220;PKPU Pencalonan ini sudah disahkan 30 Juni 2018, jadi kami wajib sosialisasikan kepada parpol,&#8221; kata Fahmi, disela-sela uji coba aplikasi Sistem Informasi Pencalonan (SILON), di Kantor KPU Bolmong, Sabtu 30 Juni.<\/p>\n<p>Dia menghimbau kepada Parpol di Bolmong atau yang berniat Nyalon DPRD, segera menyiapkan berkas dan mengurus semua dokumen, karena mulai besok (Minggu, red) pihaknya mulai mengumumkan penconan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Akan lebih baik lagi kalau parpol datang ke kantor KPU Bolmong guna meminta penjelasan yang lebih lengkap, sebab KPU Bolmong membuka helpdesk setiap hari meskipun hari libur,&#8221; tutupnya.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>TIM TOTABUANEWS<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>TOTABUANEWS, BOLMONG &#8211; Peraturan KPU Pencalonan DPR, DPR Provinsi dan Kab\/kota, disahkan jelang pengajuan bakal calon 4-7 Juli 2018.
