Hal tersebut diungkapkan Kepala Bidang (Kabid) Tenaga Kerja, Idris Amparodo, Jumat, (06\/07\/2018).<\/p>\n<p>Dari ke 15 aduan tersebut kata dia, kebanyakan dari karyawan perusahaan finance seperti kasus penahanan ijazah, padahal karyawana yang bersangkutan sudah tidak bekerja lagi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKebanyakan aduan yang kami terima dari karyawan finance, yaitu masaalah penahanan Ijazah oleh pihak finance,\u201d Imbuh Amparodo.<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu kata dia, laporan yang masuk berupa PHK sepihak oleh perusahaan dan juga pesangon yang belum tuntas dibayarkan banyak dilaporkan karyawan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDari laporan-laporan tersebut, Dispernaker Kota Kotamobagu memfasilitasinya, dimediasi sampai dari pihak perusahaan mengatakan akan menyelesaikankanya.
