totabuanews.com,<\/strong> Tutuyan \u2013 Kinerja para Kepala Satuan Kerja Pemerintah Daerah (SKPD) yang ada di Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Timur (Boltim), kembali menuai kekecewaan dari Bupati Bolmong Timur, Sehan Salim Landjar. Pasalnya, Sehan menilai ada beberapa SKPD yang belum memahami program bina desa. Hal ini menyusul belum berjalannya program tersebut ke sejumlah desa yang ada di Bolmong Timur.<\/p>\n

“Saya kecewa ketika mengetahui program bina desa belum berjalan secara maksimal,” ujar Sehan, Selasa (16\/04) kemarin.<\/p>\n

Menurut Sehan program ini adalah program dimana setiap SKPD diberikan kewajiban melakukan pendampingan terhadap setiap desa dan pelaksanaan program di desa. “Seharusnya pimpinan SKPD sudah bisa melakukan pendampingan secara maksimal terhadap desa binaannya,” jelasnya.<\/p>\n

Diketahui, program ini sendiri merupakan salah satu gerakan pemberdayaan wilayah pedesaan yang digalakkan oleh Bupati pertama pilihan rakyat tersebut. Dimana, program ini nanti diharapkan bisa lebih mengefektifkan proses pembinaan dan pelayanan terhadap masyarakat yang ada di Desa. Selain itu, hal ini pun bisa meningkatkan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang ada di setiap desa. (trn\/jun)<\/strong><\/p>\n
