TOTABUAN.NEWS, KOTAMOBAGU<\/strong> – Jajaran personel Komando Distrik Militer 1303\/Bolmong, mengamankan satu buah truk yang bermuatan kayu Aliwowos ilegal yang tidak dilengkapi dokumen sah.<\/p>\n

Komandan Kodim 1303\/BM Letkol Inf Sigit Dwi Cahyono S.Sos kepada wartawan, Minggu (16\/07\/2018) malam, mengatakan, pengungkapan kasus itu berlangsung di sekitar jalan AKD trans Sulawesi saat truck melintas yang diduga mengangkut kayu ilegal ini.<\/p>\n

“Awalnya truk DB 8614 DD bermuatan Sembilan kubik kayu jenis Aliwowos atau jenis kayu indah tanpa dilengkapi dokumen yang sah,” jelas Dandim.<\/p>\n

Selain mengamankan truk berisi puluhan keping kayu jenis Aliwowos ini truk tersebut menggunakan plat palsu yang sebetulnya sesuai STNK dengan plat DB 8395 GY, personel Kodim 1303\/Bolmong juga menangkap seorang sopir truk tersebut dan seorang kernet yang merupakan anak dari supir tersebut.<\/p>\n

Sopir truk yang diamankan adalah JW (41) yang merupakan salah seorang warga Tombulu Kabupaten Tomohon.<\/p>\n

Dandim 1303\/BM menegaskan, personel melakukan pemeriksaan kelengkapan dokumen kayu-kayu tersebut, namun supir truk tersebut tidak dapat menunjukkan dokumen resmi kayu yang diangkutnya.<\/p>\n

“Jadi, kami duga sembilan kubik kayu jenis Aliwowos yang diangkut oleh truk itu merupakan kayu ilegal, langsung diamankan personel untuk diserahkan kepada pihak kepolisian,” katanya.<\/p>\n

Setelah melakukan pendataan, barang bukti langsung diserahkan kepada Kepolisian Resor Bolaang Mongondow sebagai pihak yang berwenang menindaklanjuti kasus kayu ilegal tersebut.<\/p>\n

“Sekitar pukul 17.45 Wita, kami serahkan truk bermuatan kayu Aliwowos ilegal itu beserta sopir kepada Polres Bolaang Mongondow,” tambahnya.<\/p>\n

Penangkapan truk bermuatan 9,9 kubik kayu Aliwowos dilakukan berdasarkan laporan masyarakat serta atas perintah Kepala Staf TNI Angkatan Darat terkait maraknya tindak kejahatan masyarakat serta adanya dugaan “illegal logging” atau pembalakan liar di wilayah Bolaang Mongondow.<\/p>\n
