Hal ini dikatakan oleh Kepala Diskominfo, Ahmad Yani Umar, kepada sejumlah awak media, Rabu, (26\/09\/2018).<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kalau ada informasi, sosialisasi program kegiatan pemerintah, sebagai mitra, KIM menjadi media center masyarakat, untuk menyampaikan, sarana media pemerintah dan masyarakat. Karna Kelompok KIM paling tahu kebutuhan masyarakat,&#8221; ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Sebelumnya, Kepala Seksi Kemitraan Informasi dan Komunikasi, Dewi Fatmasari kepada TOTABUANEWS mengatakan, saat ini ada 6 Kelurahan dan 2 Desa di 4 Kecamatan yang ikut KIM.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGogagoman, Pobundayan, Motoboi Besar, Biga\u2019, Upai dan Kotobangon, untuk tahun 2018, tapi tahun sebelumnya kami sudah memiliki 8 desa\/kelurahan yang tergabung dalam KIM,\u201d jelasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara itu, Kepala Bidang Kemitraan Informasi dan Komunikasi Publik, M.Fahri Damopolii mengatakan KIM ini terbentuk atas inisiatif masyarakat.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOleh, dari, dan untuk masyarakat, maksudnya ini merupakan inisiatif penuh masyarakat. Pemkot hanya memfasilitasi,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Tujuan pembentukan KIM, lanjutnya, adalah jadi mitra pemerintah, baik pusat dan pemerintah daerah untuk mengakses, dan penyebarluasan informasi.
