Namun tak satu pun truk-truk tersebut membayar retribusi ke Pemerintah Daerah (Pemda).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Kami sudah menyurat ke perusahaan pemilik truk tersebut, agar mereka datang memberikan klarifikasi dan menyelesaikan hal ini,&#8221; ungkap Paputungan<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lanjut Paputungan mengatakan pihaknya selalu kelabakan dalam menangani retribusi langsung kepada pihak sopir yang disebutnya terlalu banyak memberi alasan saat akan dilakukan penagihan. &#8220;Saat mau ditagih sopirnya banyak alasan. Menurut mereka nanti pihak perusahaan. Sehingga anggota saya tidak bisa berbuat apa-apa,&#8221; terangnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Paputungan mengancam jika undangan tersebut tidak diindahkan maka pihaknya akan mengambil tindakan tegas menahan truk-truk pengangkut material yang saban hari lalu lalang di jalan raya Boltim. &#8220;Kami menyurat baru sekali, 2-3 kali, saya akan berhentikan. Sebab sebagai penyidik, saya tahu ini melanggar aturan,&#8221; tegasnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">pihaknya juga akan melakukan penertiban dalam rangka operasi penegakan hukum (Gakkum) secara nasional yang bekerja sama dengan pihak kepolisian. &#8220;Truk-truk ini kumabal (bandel) sehingga melalui operasi Gakkum dalam imbauan Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Darat, kita akan tertibkan,&#8221; tuturnya<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Diungkapnya beberapa perusahaan yang memiliki puluhan truk beroperasi di Boltim seperti Lumbung Raya, Nikita Raya, dan Leilem Jaya tidak pernah membayar retribusi parkir di tepi jalan umum.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Paputungan mengaku dengan tidak membayarnya puluhan truk tersebut, pemda mengalami kerugian hingga puluhan juta. Padahal sesuai peraturan daerah tentang perijinan tertentu setiap kendaraan harus membayar Rp 2 ribu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Tahun ini jika dikalikan dengan banyaknya mereka beroperasi pemda merugi hingga Rp 40 juta. Ini perhitungan hanya untuk 3 perusahaan itu saja yang memiliki puluhan truk beroperasi,&#8221; ungkapnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tak hanya truk, setiap alat berat diparkirkan dan dioperasikan di tepi jalan pun wajib membayar retribusi.
