Hal tersebut ditegaskan Kepala UPTD Boltim Deny Tenda, kepada sejumlah wartawan, Jumat (24\/07\/13).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Menurutnya, kapal-kapal ikan yang akan kena pajak adalah jenis Kapal Ikan 40 PK sampai 7 Groston. Dia mengakui kalau selama ini kapal Ikan jenis itu belum pernah dikenakan pajak. \u201cYang dikenai pajak, hanya Kapal Ikan nelayan jenis tertentu,\u201d terangnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Selama ini belum ada perhatian untuk pajak Kapal Ikan bermotor, namun mulai saat ini, pihak UPTD sementara melakukan pendataan di lapangan, dan bekerja sama dengan seluruh Sangadi (kepala desa, red) dan perangkat desa se-Boltim, agar diketahui mana kapal Ikan yang layak untuk dikenakan pajak. \u201cKami bersama Sangadi sementara mendata berapa jumlah kapal ikan 40 PK hingga 7 Groston di wilayah Boltim. Mulai tahun ini pemilik-pemilik kapal tersebut diwajibkan membayar pajak lewat UPTD Samsat,\u201d tukasnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lanjut Tenda, bagi nelayan-nelayan kecil yang baru menggunakan perahu atau kappa kecil yang menggunakan motor laut di bawa 40 PK, juga termasuk katinting belum ada aturan untuk mewajibkan mereka membayar pajak. \u201cBagi nelayan kecil jangan khawatir, karena perahu katinting belum ada aturan yang mengikat,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sebaliknya, untuk kapal diatas 7 groston pajaknya sudah ditangani Dinas Perhubungan. Ia berharap dalam waktu dekat ini data jumlah kapal yang ada di Boltim sudah masuk ke UPTD.
