TOTABUANEWS.COM, Kotamobagu<\/strong> – AM (21) pemuda Desa Bilalang II pecan ini akan kembali dihadirkan dipengadilan Negeri (PN) untuk disidangkan dengan agenda mendengarkan pembacaan putusan dari Majelis Hakim. Hal ini terkait perbuatan yang telah dirinya perbuat pada seorang gadis berumur 16 tahun sebut saja Bunga (nama samaran)<\/p>\n

Diketahui, terdakwa telah menggauli Bunga, pada November silam. Karena perbuatannya, terdakwa oleh jaksa penuntut umum (JPU) Da\u2019wan manggalupang SH, menjeratnya dengan pasal 81 Ayat (2) uu RI No. 23 Tahun 2002 tentang perlindungan anak dan menuntut terdakwa dengan delapan tahun penjara.<\/p>\n

Pecan ini terdakwa akan kembali dihadirkan untuk menghadapi vonis, hal ini seperti yang di utarakan JPU Da\u2019wan Manggalupang SH pecan lalu, \u201cAgenda sidang untuk AM, pecan ini sudah masuk pada tahapan mendengarkan putusan Majelis Hakim,\u201d tandasnya. (hlm\/kon)<\/strong><\/p>\n
