Pasalnya, pekerjaan yang dilakukan oleh CV. Multikarya Utamajaya dinilai berjalan lamban, dan mulai berimbas pada kesehatan warga, diakibatkan oleh debu dari proyek tersebut. Puncak kekesalan itupun diapresiasikan warga, Rabu (21\/08) malam lalu, sekitar pukul 22.00 Wita dengan memblokir ruas jalan tersebut.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Aksi blokir jalan dengan menumpukkan batu dan kayu di tengah jalan tersebut, serta memasang palang kayu, berkibat kendaraan roda dua, tiga dan empat tidak bisa melintas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Menurut warga, aksi blokade dilakukan karena kesal terhadap sikap pemerintah, yang terkesan membiarkan pekerjaan tersebut dipenuhi debu yang menyebabkan sejumlah warga mengidap penyakit ispa (infeksi saluran pernapasan akut).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u201cBiasanya jalan tersebut disemprot dengan air namun belakangan itu tidak lagi dilakukan. Jika Pemkot tidak menanggapi keluhan ini, kami akan terus mengulangi aksi blokade,\u201d tutur warga<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Sementara itu, Lurah Pobundayan Mohammad Abdullah menghimbau agar aksi warga yang melakukan blokade jalan sebagai bentuk protes, itu bisa dilakukan dengan elegan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cKalau bisa diberikan juag ruang agar kendaraan bisa melintas,\u201d imbuh Abdullah.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Disisi lain, Wakil Ketua DPRD Kota Kotamobagu, Bob Paputungan ST, yang mengetahui aksi warga tersebut ,mendesak agar kontraktor pelaksana proyek tersebut, bisa mengutamakan aturan pengerjaan proyek.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u201cKasihan, masyarakat yang tinggal disekitar jalan itu bias mengidap penyakit ispa.
