Hal itu dibenarkan, Kepala dinas Kesehatan Dra Jafanet Alfari Kepada TotabuanNews.<\/p>\n<p>Kadis mengatakan, Pembangunan kesehatan merupakan aspek penting dalam kerangka pembangunan Nasional. \u201cTujuan diselenggarakannya pembangunan kesehatan adalah meningkatkan kesadaran, kemauan dan kemampuan hidup sehat bagi setiap orang agar terwujud derajat kesehatan masyarakat yang optimal,\u201d tegas Kadis.<\/p>\n<p>Lanjut Kadis, keberhasilan pembangunan kesehatan akan sangat mendukung peningkatan mutu dan daya saing sumberdaya manusia Indonesia. &#8220;Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 75 Tahun 2014 menjadi landasan hukum dalam penyelenggaraan Puskesmas, yang merupakan unit pelaksana teknis Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten \/Kota sebagai penanggung jawab penyelenggaraan pembangunan kesehatan di wilayah kerjanya,\u201d jelasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Dikatakannya juga, tujuan utama akreditasi puskesmas adalah untuk pembinaan peningkatan mutu kinerja, melalui perbaikan yang berkesinambungan terhadap sistem manajemen, sistem manajemen mutu, sistem penyelenggaraan pelayanan, serta program dan penerapan manajemen risiko. \u201cTentu saja akreditasi ini bukan sekedar penilaian untuk mendapatkan sertifikat akreditas. Beberapa aspek yang akan menjadi penilaian diantaranya tentang administrasi, pelayanan kesehatan perorangan dan pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat,\u201d tambahnya.<\/p>\n<p>Dieketahui di Touna ada 13 Pekesmas dan sisa empat puskesmas yang belum di akreditas, sehingganya Ia berharap dengan adanya tim Surveyor dari pusat ini empat puskesmas ini bisa
