TOTABUANEWS.COM, Kotamobagu<\/strong> – Revisi Peraturan Komisi Pemilihan Umum (PKPU) Nomor 1 tahun 2013 tentang Pembatasan Alat Peraga Kampanye (APK), dianggap merugikan calon anggota legislatif (caleg).<\/p>\n

Apalagi beberapa Caleg saat ini telah mencetak baliho yang mereka akan gunakan untuk sosialisi, agar lebih dikenal masyarakat. Tapi revisi PKPU turunnya terlambat, sebab beberapa alat kampanye yang dilarang ini sudah terlanjur di buat. \u201cPerubahan Peraturan KPU ini bisa membingungkan caleg, karena sebelumnya telah disepakati zona yang bisa dipasang APK. sekarang masih ada perubahan lagi, yang dinilai merugikan caleg karena sudah dicetak,\u201d ujar Agus Suprijanta Ketua Hanura Kotamobagu Selasa (10\/09) kemarin.<\/p>\n

Selain itu, Agus mengatakan jangan sampai terjadi diskriminasi terhadap caleg terkait pemasangan alat peraga. Meski demikian, Ia memberikan apresiasi kepada KPU Kotamobagu, yang melakukan tugasnya sangat profesional. \u201cKPU juga wajib diberikan apresiasi dalam menjalankan tahapan pelaksanaan Pileg,\u201d ucapnya.<\/p>\n

Seperti diketahui, dalam revisi PKPU tersebut, caleg hanya diperbolehkan berkampanye menggunakan spanduk. Maksimal satu buah spanduk pada setiap zona. Zona penempatan spanduk, akan ditetapkan lebih lanjut oleh KPU Kabupaten\/Kota dengan pemerintah daerah setempat. Sedangkan bagi parpol, kampanye di ruang publik dibatasi pemasangan baliho, billboard, maupun banner, yakni hanya satu buah alat peraga kampanye di setiap desa.
