Ini bermula pasca kejadian dirujuknya pasien wisatawan asal Prancis menuju RSUD Luwuk Banggai yang hanya karena menderita penyakit Diare.<\/p>\n<p>Salah Satu praktisi dan Pemerhati HAM Agus Salim SH, mengatakan ini sebuah tindakan yang memalukan dan bentuk kegagalan pemerintah daerah dibidang kesehatan. \u201cHanya karena pasien mengidap Diare, pasien dirujuk ke rumah sakit Daerah lain,\u201d imbuhnya. Minggu (1\/3\/2020).<\/p>\n<p>Ia jelaskan, kalau dengan alasan karena fasilitas rumah sakit Ampana tidak lengkap, ini yang harus dipertanyakan. Menurut Agus, anggaran kesehatan untuk Kabupaten Touna tergolong besar hingga mencapai miliaran rupiah. Ini yang harus menjadi perhatian khusus buat pemerintah untuk melengkapi fasilitas kesehatan rumah sakit.<\/p>\n<p>Dikonfirmasi sebelumnya, Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Tojo Una-una, membenarkan bahwa pasien wisatawan asal Negara Prancis hanya menderita penyakit Diare. \u201cPasien itu hanya menderita Diare, hanya saja fasilitas alat rumah sakit kita tidak lengkap jadi pasien tersebut dirujuk ke rumah sakit Luwuk Banggai,\u201d kata Yafanet Alfari, Sabtu, (29\/2\/2020).<\/p>\n<p>Diketahui, berdasarkan data di LPSE pada Tahun 2019, Pemerintah Daerah Touna mengganggarkan Rp 7.586.325.000,00 untuk Pengadaan Alat Kesehatan Ruang Operasi, Pengadaan Alat Kesehatan Rawat Inap, dan Pengadaan Alat Kesehatan Instalasi Gawat Darurat, Inseentiv Ecare Unit sebesar Rp. 2.491.925.000.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Dales Lantapon<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>TNews, KOTAMOBAGU \u2013 Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Ampana Kabupaten Tojo Una-una mendapat sorotan dari praktisi hukum, Aktivis dan masyarakat.
