TNews, BOLMONG \u2014<\/strong> Mewakili Bupati Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow (Bolmong) Yasti Soepredjo Mokoagow, Wakil Bupati (Wabup) Yanny Ronny Tuuk, Senin (02\/03\/2020) menghadiri Rapat Koordinasi (Rakor) pembahasan Rancangan peraturan daerah (Ranperda) Rencana Detail Tata Ruang (RDTR) Bagian Wilayah Perencanaan (BWP) yang diselenggarakan Direktorat Jenderal (Dirjen) Tata Ruang, Kementerian Agraria dan Tata Ruang\/Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN), di Jakarta.<\/p>\n

Pada kesempatan tersebut, Wabup yang turut didampingi sejumlah pejabat Pemkab Bolmong \u00a0dan para Anggota Legislatif (Aleg) itu memaparkan terkait RDTR Perkotaan Lolak. Wabup Yanny diketahui menyampaikan sejumlah potensi yang dimiliki perkotaan Lolak. Antara lain, memiliki fungsi sebagai pusat pemerintahan dan perekonomian. Pembangunan Bandar Udara (Bandara) Raja Loloda Mokoagow. Terdapat pelabuhan laut Labuan Uki sebagai salah satu pintu masuk dan keluar barang dan penumpang. Dilewati jalan Trans Sulawesi yang menghubungkan Gorontalo dan Manado. Terdapat kawasan LP2B seluas 683,50 Ha (16,82 persen dari luas perkotaan Lolak). \u201cTujuan penataan BWP adalah mewujudkan ruang wilayah perkotaan Lolak sebagai kawasan pemerintahan, pendidikan, industri, perdagangan dan jasa skala regional yang terintegrasi dengan pengembangan bandara dan pelabuhan serta mendukung pembangunan berwawasan lingkungan,\u201d ungkap Wabup pada kesempatan itu.<\/p>\n

Pada kesempatan tersebut juga, Wabup menyampaikan terimakasih kepada Kementrian ATR\/BPN yang telah memilih Kabupaten Bolmong sebagai salah satu daerah diantara 57 Kabupaten\/Kota se Indonesia yang memperoleh bantuan teknik Online Single Submition (OSS) RDTR-PZ Perkotaan Lolak. \u201cTerima kasih, sebab bolmong dipilih dari 57 daerah di Indonesia,\u201d kata Wabup melalui keterangan tertulisnya.<\/p>\n

Sementara itu, rakor yang dipimpin Direktur Jenderal Tata Ruang, Abdul Kamarzuki juga membahas RDTR BWP kelurahan Kuala Kurun dan Keluarahan Tumpang Tambang Anjir Kabupaten Gunung Mas, RDTR Perkotaan Bungku kabupaten Morowali, RDTR BWP Industri Sungai Ringin kabupaten Sintang, dan RDTR Kota Semarang.<\/p>\n
