TNews, BOLMONG \u2014<\/strong> Enam Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah (SKPD) dan Tiga Keecmatan di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Bolaang Mongondow (Bolmong), meraih raport merah dalam rapat Tim Evaluasi dan Pengawasan Realisasi Anggaran (TEPRA) Triulan pertama Bulan Februari 2020 (B02) dan penginputan Bulan Maret 2020 (B03).<\/p>\n

Rapat evaluasi TEPRA yang diselenggarakan Bagian Administrasi dan Pembangunan Sekretariat Daerah (Setda) Bolmong tersebut, digelar Kamis (12\/03\/2020), dan dibuka langsung Sekda Tahlis Gallang serta turut dihadiri seluruh SKPD di lingkup Pemkab Bolmong.<\/p>\n

Dalam kesempatan tersebut, Sekda Tahlis menyampaikan, pihaknya meminta kepada seluruh SKPD untuk memacu kinerja agar realisasi dapat mendekati target yang telah di tentukan. Pasalnya, masih beberapa yang meraih raport merah. Sebagai koordinator seluruh SKPD, Tahlis juga mengimbau agar dapat memaksimalkan penyerapan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) untuk mengkaji dan menginventarisasi setiap kegiatan yang akan dilakukan untuk memaksimalkan kinerja. \u201cKegiatan evaluasi TEPRA ini untuk melakukan pengendalian, pemantauan dan evaluasi terhadap efektivitas pelaksanaan anggaran Tahun 2020 lingkup Pemkab \u00a0Bolmong,\u201d tegas Tahlis.<\/p>\n

Untuk itu, mantan Sekda Bolel dan Pemkot Kotamobagu ini mengharapkan, evaluasi triulan pertama ini agar tergambar secara komprehensif capaian-capaian kinerja yang dilakukan. Bukan hanya realisasi fisik dan non fisik, tetapi saya ingin capaian-capaian itu berbanding lurus dengan target kita, kemudian dilanjutkan presentasi untuk SKPD yang mendapat raport biru, kuning dan merah,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n

Lanjut Tahlis, Rapat TEPRA kali ini juga membahas seluruh masalah yang ada agar didorong lagi supaya penyerapan yang rendah menjadi meningkat. \u201cDiingatkan pada seluruh pimpinan perangkat daerah untuk memperhatikan jadwal menghadapi akhir tahun anggaran 2020 juga batas akhir dalam rangka tertib administrasi merupakan hal yang penting untuk diperhatikan. Untuk itu, agar diupayakan target penyerapan anggaran Triwulan I ini bisa terealisasi lebih maksimal,\u201d pungkasnya.<\/p>\n
