TNews, AMPANA \u2013<\/strong>\u00a0Dalam rangka memeringati hari gizi Nasional (HGN) dinas kesehatan Kabupaten Tojo Una Una mengelar sejumlah kegiatan yang di pusatkan di Taman JH Ampana,Jumatb 13\/03 kemarin.Kegiatan peringatan HGN di hadiri dan dibuka langsung bupati Touna Muhammad Lahay ,SE MM.<\/p>\n

Dikatakan untuk menjadikan generasi sehat berkualitas diperlukan usaha bersama terkait pemenuhan gizi seimbang.<\/p>\n

\u201cSalah satu sasaran strategis adalah usaha mencegah stunting (kerdil), wasting (berat badan terlalu kurus), obesitas (kelebihan berat badan), kekurangan zat gizi mikro (gizi yang dibutuhkan tubuh dalam jumlah kecil namun sangat penting) dan anemia (kurang darah),\u201d ujar Bupati Tojo Una-Una (Touna), Mohammad Lahay, SE, MM, pada Peringatan Hari Gizi Nasional (HGN) ke-60 Tahun 2020, yang mengangkat tema\u00a0Gizi Optimal untuk Generasi Milenial.<\/em><\/p>\n

Bupati mengatakan, untuk pencegahan stunting, upaya preventif bahkan sudah harus diawasi mulai periode 1000 Hari Pertama Kehidupan (HPK) seorang manusia. Begitu juga dengan wasting, obesitas dan lainnya.<\/p>\n

\u201cNamun sebelum itu semua, kecukupan gizi bisa disiapkan sejak remaja. Khususnya bagi remaja putri, yang nantinya akan melahirkan calon generasi penerus,\u201d kata Bupati, Jumat (13\/3\/2020) pagi di Taman JH Ampana.<\/p>\n

Menurutnya, dalam rangka mewujudkan generasi Indonesia milenial bebas stunting, tahun 2019 lalu Pemerintah Kabupaten Touna turut berkontribusi dalam upaya pembangunan kesehatan dengan mengoptimalkan penanganan stunting.<\/p>\n

\u201cMulai dengan melakukan sosialisasi, pemberian makanan tambahan pada balita, tablet tambah darah (TTD) bagi remaja putri serta pemeriksaan ibu hamil,\u201d ujar Bupati<\/p>\n

Bupati juga mengingatkan untuk terus menjaga kesehatan dengan rutin berolahraga, makan buah dan sayur, serta melakukan cek kesehatan teratur.<\/p>\n
