Untuk mengakalinya, Anda perlu melakukan beberapa aktivitas fisik atau\u00a0olahraga\u00a0ringan.<\/p>\n<p>Olahraga bisa dilakukan di dalam dan luar ruangan. Namun, di tengah pandemi Covid-19 ini, ada beberapa syarat yang harus dipenuhi jika Anda ingin berolahraga di luar ruangan.<\/p>\n<p>Berikut beberapa syarat berolahraga di luar ruangan di tengah wabah virus corona menurut anggota Perhimpunan Dokter Spesialis Kedokteran Olahraga, Andi Kurniawan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Cek wilayah<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>kan lebih baik jika Anda mengenal wilayah tempat tinggal terlebih dahulu. Jika banyak di antara warga setempat terinfeksi virus corona, maka urungkan niat berolahraga di luar ruangan. Anda bisa berolahraga di dalam rumah atau di halaman rumah.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Olahraga di rumah tak harus benar-benar di dalam, bisa di halaman rumah asal tetap di dalam pagar, bukan keluar kompleks,&#8221; kata Andi dalam webinar bersama Kementerian Kesehatan, Kamis (26\/3).<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Kondisi tubuh fit<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jika tubuh berada dalam kondisi sehat, Anda bisa berolahraga di luar ruangan. Sebaliknya, jika merasa kurang sehat, Anda disarankan untuk berolahraga di dalam ruangan.<\/p>\n<p>Saat kondisi tubuh kurang fit, daya tahan tubuh akan menurun dan secara otomatis membuat Anda rentan terserang penyakit.\\<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Jaga jarak<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Andi mengingatkan untuk tetap menjaga jarak jika berpapasan dengan orang lain selama berolahraga. Hal ini juga berlaku meski Anda berolahraga bersama teman. Setidaknya beri jarak 1,5-2 meter.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Olahraga tanpa menyentuh benda-benda sekitar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Selama berolahraga, Anda tidak diperbolehkan menyentuh benda apa pun. Taman-taman tengah kota biasanya menyediakan area olahraga lengkap dengan fasilitas yang bisa dimanfaatkan. Namun, untuk situasi seperti ini, lakukan olahraga tanpa bersentuhan dengan benda-benda sekitar.&#8221;Jangan sentuh wajah. Setelah berolahraga, baju segera dicuci,&#8221; imbuh Andi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Kenali tubuh<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kenali tubuh Anda sendiri. Jangan sampai Anda olahraga dalam porsi berlebih.
