ADVETORIAL, BOLTIM \u2013 Wabah Corona Virus (Covid-19) yang masih terus merajalela hingga muncul kebijakan isolasi mandiri bagi masyarakat di Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Timur (Boltim), menimbulkan perhatian serius para legislator di daerah ini. Para wakil rakyat, sepakat untuk menyisihkan anggaran di lembaga perwakilan rakyat tersebut, demi membantu pemerintah kabupaten dalam menangani pencegahan penularan wabah, serta menalangi dampak sosial di masyarakat. \u201cKami di DPRD Boltim, atas kesepakatan bersama seluruh legislator, menetapkan anggaran sebesar lima ratus juta (Rp500 juta) untuk digeser dan diserahkan kepada pemkab agar membantu penanggulangan dampak virus Covid-19,\u201d terang Fuad Landjar, ketua DPRD Boltim.\"\"<\/p>\n

Dana yang digeser tersebut ungkap Fuad, bersumber dari nomenklatur kegiatan anggota Dewan berupa peningkatan kapasitas anggota, rapat-rapat, termasuk sebagian biaya perjalanan dinas. \u201cIni tentu saja bentuk kepedulian seluruh anggota legislatif Boltim, karena wabah Covid-19 adalah bencana bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesia. Lebih khusus masyarakat Boltim, yang harus diutamakan kepentingannya oleh kami sebagai wakil mereka di daerah,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n

Saat rapat dengar pendapat (RDP) bersama tim anggaran pemerintah daerah (TAPD) Boltim, Selasa (31\/3), sejumlah anggota DPRD berharap pemerintah bisa memanfaatkan seluruh dana penanggulangan Covid-19, secara tepat sasaran.\"\"<\/p>\n

Rolia Mamonto dari Fraksi Golkar, menyampaikan bahwa pengadaan sembako atau stimulan untuk masyarakat nantinya, bisa tersalur dengan baik secara merata. \u201cKita tidak berharap jika nanti ada pihak yang ingin mengambil keuntungan pribadi dengan penganggaran oleh pemerintah daerah untuk penanggulangan Covid-19. Karena itu, kami berharap antara pihak eksekutif dan legislatif bisa terus berkoordinasi demi terwujudnya efektifitas dan transparansi dalam penggunaan dana ini,\u201d ujar Rolia.<\/p>\n

Sunarto Kadengkang, legislator partai Perindo, juga menyampaikan sejumlah aspirasi masyarakat terkait minimnya fasilitas penunjang kesehatan. Karena itu, anggaran yang akan digunakan nanti bisa bermanfaat untuk melengkapi kekurangan seperti Masker, disinfektan, serta hand sanityzer yang saat ini sangat dibutuhkan.\"\"<\/p>\n

Pemkab Boltim melalui Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) Sonny Waroka, mengapresiasi kebijakan DPRD yang rela menyisihkan anggaran di lembaga perwakilan rakyat tersebut, untuk membantu penganggaran daerah. Waroka, mengaku akan berupaya untuk memenuhi aspirasi yang disampaikan terkait masalah yang ditemui para legislator di masyarakat. \u201cAnggaran pasti kami kelola secara transparan, koordinasi dengan DPRD Boltim juga akan selalu kami lakukan. Kami berharap, niat baik oleh para wakil rakyat ini bisa bermanfaat bagi seluruh masyarakat Boltim,\u201d ujar Waroka.<\/p>\n
