Pasalnya, pembuatan pos tersebut dinilai sudah berlebihan bahkan dianggap sangat memberatkan masyarakat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seperti pengakuan salah satu warga Kotamobagu yang keseharian berprofesi sebagai pengemudi kendaraan becak motor (bentor). Kepada harian ini, ia mengaku setiap harinya harus merogoh kocek kurang lebih Rp 10 ribu hingga Rp 15 ribu hanya untuk biaya tarif retribusi parkir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cSaya harus menghidupi keluarga hanya dengan menjadi sopir bentor. Itupun setiap hari saya harus menyetor uang hasil pendapatan bentor kepada pemilik bentor yang saya kendarai. Belum lagi ditambah dengan biaya parkir yang lumayan besar,\u201d kata Om Onal sapaan akrabnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pria dua anak ini mengaku, besaran nominal yang harus dikeluarkan setiap hari untuk retribusi parkir tersebut, tidak lain disebabkan oleh jumlah pos perparkiran yang berada di hampir seluruh titik daerah pusat Kota Kotamobagu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cMeski kita hanya melintas saja, tanpa memarkir kendaraan di kawasan wajib retribusi parkir, kok harus dipungut biaya?. Semoga ke depan ini menjadi perhatian dan pertimbangan pemerintah demi meringankan beban kami selaku rakyat kalangan bawah,\u201d harapnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Terpisah, Kepala Dinas Perhubungan Kota Kotamobagu Drs Ahmad Yani Damopolii, ketika dimintai keterangan terkait keluhan warga tersebut, mengaku apa yang telah dilakukannya sudah sesuai Perda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cItu sudah diatur dalam Perda. Lagian yang membayar tarif kan bukan masyarakat, tapi wajib retribusi yakni kendaraan roda empat, roda dua dan roda tiga (bentor).
