TNews, SULUT –<\/strong> Kapolres Bitung, AKBP F X Winardi Prabowo SIK mendatangi sejumlah akses jalan masuk-keluar Kota Bitung yang selama ini ditutup, Jumat (17\/04\/2020).<\/p>\n

Kapolres bersama Kabag Ops, Kompol Moh Kamidin, Kasat Lantas, AKP Magdalena Anita Sitinjak SIK dan Kadishub Pemkot Bitung, Ricy Tinangon mengunjungi Pos Pengawasan Perbatasan di Kelurahan Pinasungkulan dan Pos Pengawasan Perbatasan di Kelurahan Karondoran Kecamatan Ranowulu.<\/p>\n

Di dua lokasi itu, Kapolres menyampaikan kepada petugas yang melakukan penjagaan, kini ada penyesuaian kebijakan baru bahwa pembatasan jam operasional keluar masuk kendaraan di Kota Bitung untuk sementara tidak dilanjutkan.<\/p>\n

\u201cNamun tetap dilakukan pemeriksaan oleh tenaga medis dengan pengamanan oleh Pihak TNI dan Polri dan instansi terkait lainnya,\u201d kata Kapolres.<\/p>\n

Dengan pembatalan kebijakan penutupan akses jalan di kedua lokasi itu diapresiasi anggota DPRD Sulut, Fabian Kaloh yang selama ini sangat getol mengkritisi penutupan akses masuk-keluar Kota Bitung dengan alasan pencegahan virus corona atau covid-19.<\/p>\n

\u201cRasa Hormat yang mendalam saya sampaikan kepada Kapolres Bitung yang benar-benar melihat persoalan rakyat dengan membatalkan pemblokiran jalan,\u201d kata Fabian.<\/p>\n

Anggota Komisi I DPRD Sulut ini menyampaikan rasa salut yang tinggi dengan kebijakan yang populis diambil Kapolres Bitung.<\/p>\n

\u201cBenar, yang diperlukan adalah pengawasan dan pemeriksaan di tiap pintu masuk jika perlu jika ada warga yang panas badannya tinggi langsung dilakukan pemeriksaan rapit tes, kan ada dana untuk itu. Ini harus dilakukan agar benar dan terukur,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n

Dengan penutupan sejumlah akses jalan kata kader PDI Perjuangan ini, malah menyusahkan masyarakat yang memiliki keperluan mendesak tapi akses dibatasi.<\/p>\n

\u201cMasyarakat juga pasti setuju dengan pembatasan orang masuk dengan cara diperiksa tim kesehatan, tapi bukan penutupan akses jalan. Kan Pergubnya sudah jelas, pembatasan bukan penutupan,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n
