Tidak ada surat peringatan pertama, kedua. Itu tidak dilakukan,&#8221;tegas Olii kepada Totabuan News Senin (27\/04\/2020).<\/p>\n<p>Disampaikan Olii, terkait dengan kunjungan\u00a0 ke kantor Esta Dana Ventura Bolmut, sebagai bentuk perlindungan kepada tenaga kerja buruh yang sebelumnya\u00a0 di PHK sepihak oleh Kepala Cabang Esta Dana Ventura Bolmut.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Dimana hanya dengan perintah lisan seseorang memPHK karyawan, sudah jelas itu pelanggaran terhadap aturan Ketenaga kerjaan, yang di atur dalam UU Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 bab Ketenagakerjaan Pasal 151 ayat (1,2,3), pasal 155 ayat (1) dan pasal 170 bahwa tidak ada yang namanya PHK Sepihak,&#8221;ujar Olii.<\/p>\n<p>Menurut Olii dirinya sudah mempertemukan Kepala Cabang Esta Dana Ventura Bolmut dan perwakilan karyawan yang di PHK dimana keduanya menyepakati untuk menunggu\u00a0 jawaban dari Manejemen Perusahan yang lebih tinggi untuk kejelasan PHK tersebut.<br \/>\n&#8220;Pihak perusahaan dan Karyawan sudah sepakat menunggu hasil dari Manajemen perusahaan lebih tinggi,\u00a0 terkait nasib PHK sepihak, &#8220;ungkap Olii.<\/p>\n<p>Terpisah salah satu perwakilan Karyawan Heriyeni Ponuak, mengatakan sebelumnya dirinya bersama rekan-rekannya dibuat ombang ambing Kepala Cabang Esta Dana Ventura Bolmut, sehingga kami bingung akan status\u00a0 sebagai kariawan, gaji tidak jelas, BPJS ketenaga kerjaan tidak jelas, dan saat ini kami\u00a0 beberapa teman lainya sudah dirumahkan sepihak tidak lagi masuk kantor.<br \/>\n&#8220;Saya mewakili teman teman lainya.sangat berterima.kasih Kepada ketua DPC FSBSI Bolmut, yang sudah membela hak-hak kami sebagai karyawan sehingga hari ini kami mendapatkan jawaban yang memuaskan sambil menunggu janji yang disepakati Kepala Cabang Esta Dana Ventura\u00a0<u>Bolmut,\u00a0<\/u>untuk menyelesaikan
