Tak hanya itu, bagi mereka yang masih beraktivitas di luar pun juga rentan dehidrasi.<\/p>\n<p>Faktor lain yang bisa menyebabkan dehidrasi, yaitu diare, muntah, demam tinggi, atau buang air terlalu sering. Gejala yang muncul saat dehidrasi mulai dari mulut kering, kulit keriput dan kering, lemas, kurang konsentrasi, cepat lelah, sulit buang air kecil, sembelit, dan aritmia jantung.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk mencegahnya terjadi selama berpuasa,\u00a0<em>Hamad.qa<\/em>\u00a0punya tips-tipsnya seperti berikut ini.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> Minum 8-12 gelas air antara waktu berbuka sampai sahur<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Tips yang pertama, dianjurkan minum air 8-12 gelas setiap harinya. Dari waktu berbuka hingga sahur keesokan harinya. Disarankan minum air hangat, karena lebih mudah diserap tubuh dibandingkan air dingin.<\/p>\n<p>Selain minum air, bisa juga mengkonsumsi sup, buah, dan sayur yang merupakan sumber cairan yang baik. Contohnya seperti semangka, tomat, mentimun, anggur, dan buah lainnya yang mengandung banyak air.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> Hindari penggunaan garam dan rempah yang berlebihan<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Saat berbuka atau sahur hindari makanan yang mengandung banyak rempah-rempah. Ini bisa membuat orang yang memakannya akan merasa sangat haus dan keinginan untuk minum semakin besar.<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu, asupan garam juga harus dijaga. Mengkonsumsi makanan yang tinggi kadar garamnya juga bisa meningkatkan rasa haus.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> Kurangi konsumsi makanan manis<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Sebuah penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mengkonsumsi makanan yang tinggi kadar gulanya bisa meningkatkan rasa haus. Untuk menggantinya, kamu bisa mengkonsumsi buah yang mengandung air dan memiliki rasa manis yang alami.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> Hindari dulu kafein dan nikotin<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Kafein merupakan zat diuretik alami yang bisa meningkatkan keinginan untuk buang air kecil dan haus. Selama berpuasa, dianjurkan untuk menghindarinya, seperti minuman berenergi dan berkarbonasi, teh, terutama kopi.<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu, dianjurkan juga untuk mengurangi kebiasaan merokok selama puasa. Merokok dapat memicu mulut menjadi kering dan mudah haus.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong> Hindari aktivitas di luar ruangan yang terkena paparan matahari langsung<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Pembatasan sosial berskala besar (PSBB) rupanya tidak hanya bermanfaat untuk mencegah penyebaran Corona, tetapi bisa mengurangi risiko dehidrasi.
